Our unit is the 'FIVE STAR' condo in this building complex. Premier front & center ocean view located on the third floor. The condo is specifically designed as an adult only unit. Babies in cribs or packNPlay and/or children over the age of 10 are okay.
Envision and experience this elegant and relaxed stay in our private adult suite. This condo is available to select guests with discriminating taste and is infused with the spirit of tropical & Asian elegance. This is a NON SMOKING CONDO, no smoking inside or on the private lanai's.
Paki Maui #321 is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe condo located on the North Kaanapali coast. The unit features state of the art ceiling fans in every room. This is our alternative for air conditioning. The living area is large and luxurious with a state of the art entertainment center, including 37' flat screen TV, DVD player, and a CD/Stereo IPod port.
There are two small Fujitsu AC units designed to take the edge off when needed and located only in the master bedroom & general living area (ADA compliant for our guests with disabilities), most likely.....you will not need the air at all and enjoy the ocean sounds! The trade winds and ocean breezes are free and flowing. Your unit also includes complimentary dedicated in room WIRELESS internet to use on your stay. Sit back, relax open the lanai doors and enjoy the ocean breeze! This unit has a direct center oceanfront view from both the living room lanai, and also the master bedroom lanai.
The main living room has a NEW circular LARGE couch for ultimate ocean viewing while relaxing with a beverage, catching your favorite show or sport, enjoying a movie from NETFLIX, HULU or YouTube or just enjoying our Maui Visitor Channel to plan your next activity. EVERYONE has a GREAT seat!!
Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen. The kitchen features top of the line Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops and maple cabinets fully stocked for your gourmet cooking or if you choose use of the BBQ's at poolside. The dining table sits large groups, with room to spare and also seating at the bar side counter.
The fabulous Master Bedroom is a repeat of our unit #124 layout. It comes complete with a newly updated NOVOfoam memory mattress topper for the California king size bed decorated with a Pima Cotton Duvet for a soft and comfortable nights rest. The insuite private bathroom (ADA compliant bathrooms w/installed grab bars in bath facilities - inside and outside of shower, handicapped height toliets, walk-in showers - master has seated beach inside, separate hand held shower for bathing, powder room, spacious closet and private lanai with a dedicated Fujitsu small AC (ADA compliant for disabled persons) unit to use when needed to take the edge off. The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling with a roomy glass enclosed shower with a bench seat and shower grab bars for extra safety and perfect for any guest with a disability that needs just a little help up or added stability. The powder room is equipped with an overhead ceiling fan, fantastic lighting and plenty of mirrors. Store your clothing and suitcases behind the 'Wall of Mirrors' which features built-in drawers and shelves. We also have installed a 'IN ROOM SAFE' for your use. Take a coffee break or Mai Tai break on the Master Bedroom's private lanai.
The large Second bedroom has a NEW KING mattress, very nice wood bedroom suite with Pima cotton duvet for a super soft night sleep. There is a night table fan, stand-up fan & large ceiling fan (NO AC in this room), and desk area. Also the closet is built out with hidden drawers and shelves for your personal items. Directly off the large 2nd bedroom is the built-in WASHER/DRYER for your personal use and a full size second bathroom, slightly smaller replica of the great master bath. It too has a walk-in shower with glass enclosure with ADA compliant items and handicapped height toilet.
The Paki Maui property sits amidst lush tropical landscaping and surrounds a beautiful Koi pond with a gentle waterfall. Enjoy your day in the ocean only steps away or relax around the poolside and jet spa or snorkel down the beach. Shops, restaurants, a farmers market, and cafe's are only a few blocks away. And if you are a golfer, you are only a short drive away from 3 world class golf courses. Come and relax and enjoy, you will not be disappointed!

You will need to pay your VRBO SERVICE FEE first, which VRBO calculates, charges &, collect for all consumers using their media platform for booking vacation rentals. VRBO HAS NO ACCESS TO OUR PROPERTY BOOKING CALENDARS, PROPERTY BANK ACCOUNTS, PROPERTY CANCELLATIONS POLICY & WILL AND CANNOT CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN THEIR FEE. They will charge just their service fee, even though it may show otherwise. You will be able to verify the charge the next day with them directly or on your credit card statement. The VRBO SERVICE FEE must be paid first in order for us to have access to your personal rental information, they will not release your information to us for further booking details for your rental agreement.

We had a wonderful time at Paki Maui. The condo had perfect views of the ocean and an amazing reef for snorkeling. The condo was equipped with everything needed and was in a great location. I would absolutely stay here again! Mahalo!!
This condo is absolutely perfect. The ocean is right out the door and we’ve seen whales all week. The property has everything you can imagine to make our stay comfortable.
So many things are within walking distance. Whaler’s village is about 5 miles away, that’s where you go for any boating or snorkeling trips. Very convenient.
We love this place and will be back.
A Hidden Gem
We coined this condo, ‘our hidden gem’. Amy, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. When I first spoke with her on the phone, it was as if I was talking with a friend. Amy provided details about the island & condo, answered all of my questions, consistently provided timely communication and offered great recommendations for activities and restaurants (her favorites are listed in a book in the rental).
The ocean view from the condo is stunning, the interior is impeccably decorated and we enjoyed having a fully-equipped kitchen & in-unit laundry. Although the rental is close to shops, restaurants and excursions, it is in a quiet location which we thoroughly appreciated. Early mornings began with a walk on the beach and breakfast on our lanai with the beautiful sunrise to greet us. On several occasions we witnessed dolphin pods frolicking by. We snorkeled in the waters right in front of the condo, utilized the snorkel gear, boogie board & beach towels provided and were joined by a huge sea turtle one day!
My daughter’s wedding was the reason for our trip to Maui. My wedding guests who are a married couple and I stayed in the condo. There was ample room for the three of us and a floorplan that allowed for privacy with bedrooms on opposite sides of the space along with two bathrooms. The sound of the waves provided the perfect auditory backdrop and added to the soothing environment as well.
During the day we spent much of our time enjoying the island’s many offerings including the Alii Kula Lavender Farm, Ulupalakua Vineyards, hiking at Kipahulu, driving along the coast and attending wedding functions. While most evenings were spent on our lanai relaxing to the spectacular sunset. If I am ever fortunate enough to return to Maui, this slice of heaven is where I’ll stay again.

The view was amazing and the condo was very comfortable.... well stocked. Loved waking to the sound of the waves.
Beautiful condo, very clean, great view
This condo was beautiful, with a great layout and amazing view. It was really nice to sleep at night with the sound of the ocean. There were many ceiling fans so we only used the AC one night. (The back bedroom doesn't cool down as well as the rest of the condo). The condo had all the extras you may need such as beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear and a well equipped kitchen. The only thing I needed to bring extra was laundry detergent. Beds were comfortable, furnishings lovely. Loved this unit. I would rent it again.
Wonderful place, fantastic location & view!
Everything was great! Fantastic location, wonderful view, the sounds of the ocean at night were so relaxing. Condo was recently updated and very comfortable. Amy was accomodating and very responsive to any questions/needs we had. We definitely want to come back and stay again!
