This perfectly meticulous property is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Situated on a barrier island with the intercoastal waters to the west and a pristine Atlantic ocean beach to your east. Ocean Harbour lets you escape the hustle and bustle of the crowds but is ideally located between pristgious Vero Beach 3 miles to the north and Fort Pierce to the south. Great golf course within minutes. This is the only complex on the island that has a marina with great fishing from the pier and watch the manatees swim. Ocean Harbour offers 2 swimming pools each with Jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, fitness room, marina and two 2 club houses, wireless internet. Don't let it pass you by. Landlord is very flexible and will accomodate special requests when possible. There have been many repeat vacationers to this condo.

My name is Chris Monge. I was born and raised in Miami and still live there. I have a background in interior design and real estate. I'm 57 years old and my husband is Joe. We have a 3 and 5 year old. We try to do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable.

Why The Owner chose Florida Central Atlantic Coast

I choose to buy a beach condo at Ocean Harbour because after looking at several complexes on Hutchinson island because it is so incredibly manicured, maintained and managed as well as being the only complex that has a marina with great fishing off the dock. There are 2 pools and tennis courts. It also backs up to a wildlife preserve, where nothing else will ever be built. Needless to say the beach is pristine and perfect! Come relax and have a wonderful time!!!

What makes this condo unique

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is very quiet and only minutes away from great restaurants, golf and parks, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.
