Hence, we are sure to make a memorable impact.
My partners and I are real estate investors from California looking for investment opportunities in tropical locations like Nicaragua. We have been to Nicaragua several times and we love it. During our recent trip we were fortunate enough to come accross this home because we had a terrific time. The service and the house are truly one of a kind. Andre, the owner calls it paradise and I tend to agree. The house is comfortable, the view is spectacular and Jorge and his wife Juana treated us like royalty. Next time we are in town we will not hesitate to stay here again. By the way, thank you very much for the grilled lobsters "al ajillo" Juana!
We had a wonderful stay here at Masachapa for 12 nights. The owner was very quick in responding to our emails. The Concierge Carol picked us up at the airport and we got our groceries on the way to the condo. She also took us on a few day trips which we enjoyed. It was nice to not have to move around every couple of days. Enjoyed her company and she speaks good English. What really made our stay nice was Dayana and Christian. Dayana cooked for us quite a bit and Christian would go to the village to pick up the fresh fish. It was such a good experience and wouldn't change a thing. They have 2 darling children whom I brought gifts for and they were pleased to get them. I do not speak Spanish but with a translator on my phone it was not a problem. Missing them already! To us it was the best spot on the beach, close enough to everything!
We are a family with 3 children's who spent a week in January in this beautiful place. We used our car to go at the village at night. The place is surrounded by nice trees giving shade during the warm days, and has wonderful sunset with the pacific view. The ocean is flat and safe.
Dayana and Christian the caretakers are very nice.
We realy liked this place.
Kasita Beach property is way more then it appears on it’s online listing. It is paradise. We came as a group of 5. My older brother needed more space of his own so he took the master suite. My husband and myself shared the other ocean view cabana with our adult kids. It has a shared bathroom. We stayed in the ocean view room and the kids shared the twin beds in the connecting room. This property allows a lot of space for everyone to have their own privacy and an exceptional amount of room for everyone to gather together. The property is pristine. Kathleen, the owner, has everything in perfect working order. We had come to Kasita Beach from 6 days of visiting, touring and having fun in Managua and Granada. I think everyone was exhausted. I wanted our Nicaraguan adventure to end in an area of peace and serenity before leaving to go back home. Kasita beach was perfect for this. We sunned by the infinity pool, sat on the front patio and watched the fishing boats go out and come in throughout the day and then out again for the night. We combed the beach for treasures of shells, sand dollars and smoothed glass. We played Scrabble together at sunset and into the darkness. The caretakers on site took incredible care of us. We went shopping early on with Dyana and she picked up groceries for the four days we would be there. The local market a short drive away, PALi, takes cards. The meals were mostly simple, but with flavors of incredible delight. I got to watch Dyana make gallo pinto and also learned how to make fried plantain. Upon request, Christian, Dyana’s spouse went to the fish market and got Red Snapper for a meal. Dyana steamed the fish for my brother and fried ours, both spectacularly prepared! One afternoon Christian got down a couple coconuts and opened them and poured them out into glasses for us. Freshest coconut water I have ever had!
We speak little Spanish, but Dyana is extremely gracious and between the translators on our phones and a pocket dictionary we worked through most everything. If there was anything questionable we messaged Carol, the property manager and she responded quickly back to us and then would contact Dyana and Christian.
We had the best service we have ever had away from home. Great team involved with this site! Heavenly location to alight onto! You must book this spot!
We have reluctantly returned to reality after our thoroughly enjoyable vacation in this paradise. We loved everything about it…comfortable bedrooms, infinity pool, deck with spectacular ocean views, beautiful landscaping with flowers and fountains, outdoor shower, warm ocean swimming and body surfing right below the deck, the friendly local people, the little fishing village of Masachapa…the list goes on. Above all, we were pampered by the wonderful caretakers Christian and Dayana. Dayana is an amazing cook and she kept us well fed with local specialties and abundant fresh seafood. They helped us arrange a couple of day trips which were great, but what we enjoyed most was our wonderful relaxing stay on the property. Kathleen and Carol were responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommended. We would go back in a heartbeat.
My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent property for the last 3 years in January and February. Each day is filled with sunshine and luxurious surroundings. People talk about having a " million dollar view " but this place actually delivers it. The house sits high over the beach so you have wonderful vistas in each direction. We watch the boats come and go with the birds diving in the water behind them. The house is clean and well maintained daily. The pool is cleaned and the grounds are raked every day. The staff of Christian and Dayana take great pride in their work and are available at a moments notice. The village is a short walk down the beach where there are basic stores and small restaurants.
There is also a reliable English speaking concierge Carol to take care of anything else you may need or want.
Kathleen the owner is very good at responding immediately for any concerns you may have.
