Why Bluewater Vacation Homes chose Mission Beach
This home is located in a quieter section of Mission Bay. We love the bay front patio where you can BBQ and dine while saying hello to people strolling along the bay front. Another bonus: this part of the bay has a grass strip between the bopardwalk and the dand so you can still set up a water front picnic or sunbathe without getting sandy. You can also swim in the bay in front of the condo or it's just a short walk across the strand to the ocean and beach!
What makes this Condo unique
Two-story, Bay front, View of the nightly summer SeaWorld firework show, Large 2nd floor Master Suite with vaulted ceilings, water front patio.

Great place. Enjoyed staying on bay side for a change.
Much quieter on bay side.
Good layout, but master upstairs without a door was not ideal.
Otherwise enjoyed our stay.
The Location was great, the property management was great!!. I have to warn anyone that is staying, the dinning room is in a step-up room, they do have some hazard tape but very easy to step off and fall. My father of 85 fell twice going down My son in-law of 42 fell going down, and my self of 63 fell going up.. No!! we where not drinking. I feel it is a hazard and would be wise if they put a railing there to make sure this dose not happen again. My father was not hurt neither my son in-law, unfortunately I fell on my knees and hurt one very badly.
All in all it was a nice place.
Everything was in good order.
Good remodel and AC was very welcome.
This unit was remodeled and all the important items were in great condition. This is a big deal in Mission Bay because most properties are old and run down. In spite of what others will tell you, AC is needed late July through September. Even if it cools off at night, its not a place to leave windows open. Being right on the bayside walk path adds to the experience. The sand beach right in front is in good condition and the cove is good for beginner SUP or kayaks. The garage is short and will not hold a mid-size SUV (length problem - measure your car). Overall, a little better than expected - so we made a good choice.
Thank you so much for staying with Bluewater and taking the time to share your experience. We love the location of this home too! We have repeat guest incentives, so please let us know the next time you visit! Best regards, Stephanie and the Team at Bluewater Vacation Homes.

Great vacation at the beach!
The location was perfect for our family. It was right on the bay/beach where we wanted to be. It was a 2 minute walk the other direction for the ocean beach side to body board or splash in the waves. It was a 5 minute walk to Belmont Park. It was near Pacific Beach for shopping and restaurants. The home was clean and the kitchen appeared fairly new. The upstairs can be heard really easily through the floor, and the beds were a bit hard, but I would still stay there again.
Hi Michelle, great to hear that you enjoyed your time at the home and the convenient location. I will certainly pass this feedback along to the owner about the beds, and I do apologize that they weren't as comfortable as they could've been.
We would love to host you again in the future!

Mission Beach Area guide:
The Boardwalk The Mission Beach boardwalk runs for miles and miles; from the boat channel in South Mission all the way up to Pacific Beach and along much of Mission Bay. It’s a great starting point for a stroll along the water, a day of bike riding or other activities like rollerblading, sightseeing and some of the best people watching around!
Activities include jetpacks, surfing, body boarding, swimming, kayaking, sunbathing, skating, jogging, boating, windsurfing, volleyball, picnicking and more. Swimmers and surfers use separate swimming areas, which are designated by City lifeguards. South Mission Beach is a volleyball Mecca.
For the Kids Kids will love Mission Beach for its wide variety of land and water activities. Swimming, body boarding, and sandcastle building will keep them busy until it’s time to go home. Belmont Park is an amusement park full of eateries, beach shops and family fun including a merry-go-round, bumper boats, and arcade games, is next to the Big Dipper rollercoaster. There’s even an indoor Olympic-sized swimming pool called “The Plunge” adjacent to Belmont Park. Sea World is a top destination and is located on Mission Bay.
Older kids and teens and adults will love The Wave House which features beachside dining and 'The Flowrider' an artificial wave machine that tests surfing skills, and the Soundwave for live music.
