Ideal Home

I have now stayed in this adorable home a couple of times.. both with family and with a group of girlfriends. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the pictures do not do this home justice. It looks like a charming cabin from the outside but is deceptively large inside, and had plenty of room for the 10+ guests I was with.

On my second visit I noticed small changes that were made by the owners (new furniture in the living and dining room, the whole house was painted on the outside and a couple of the rooms were painted a different color and had new bedding). It's clear that the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining this home and their personal touches give it lots of character without making you feel like you're in someone else's space. With the spacious interior and patio (complete with hot tub!) you may never want to leave the house, but the absolute best part is it's location. It is right in town and therefore within a couple of blocks of a grocery store, tons of restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking trails in the summer and skiing in the winter. You could easily spend a week here and be incredibly active without using your car once. It's ideal. I've so thoroughly enjoyed my time here that I'm already looking forward to coming back and renting this house again!

Best home in Breckenridge!

This home is the perfect place for anyone coming to Breckenridge. If you are skiing, it is a 5 minute walk to Peak 9. If you are hungry/thirsty, it is one block from Main Street. If you are looking to relax, there is a hot tub in the back, a private master retreat and plenty of common area space to entertain. The owner was so accommodating to our group and we will do our best to stay here again for a future visit.

Beautiful home in a great location

What a great place to stay for our first trip to Breckenridge! This home was more than comfortable for our 10 travelers. It's a beautiful house. Whoever renovated the little bungalow into this beautiful ski getaway haven did an amazing job. It's even more beautiful than the pictures. From the floors to the windows to the woodwork, no detail was overlooked in renovating and decorating this home. And what I'm guessing are the owners' personal travel photos are such a nice touch to the decor. The kitchen was well stocked, the heated concrete areas were helpful and the hot tub was luxurious after long days on the slopes. Walking to town was convenient, and we used the bus line (stops just steps from the house) to get to the base of the mountain and gondola. I would return to this house on a future trip to Breckenridge in a heartbeat!

Great home and location

We did a moms weekend away and this house was perfect. It is less than a minute walk to Main Street and about a 5 minute walk to a grocery store. We loved the home and ammenities. Would definitely stay here again.

My third stay!

This house is simply unbelievable! It is so spacious that three families could stay comfortably and not feel as if they were tripping over each other constantly. The amenities are first rate: hot tub, large-screen TV, and a washer and dryer. This is in addition to a fully-appointed kitchen. It is clear the owners put a lot of care and effort into maintaining the home. As I mentioned in the title, this is our third visit, and each time we have come, we notice small improvements. One of the downstairs bedrooms has been painted, and there is new furniture in the living room. Even the garden is well tended. We are definitely coming back again soon.

Perfect!

A group of 12 of us between 25-35 stayed here last winter. The pictures do not do the house justice! It is much bigger than it appears and everything seemed brand new! The location is absolutely perfect with only a short walk to the center of town. We will definitely come back!
