Large, Private, Home located on Peak 7 in Breckenridge(Less than 10 minutes to downtown and Skiing) once you discover the serenity of this amazing property, nobody will want to leave... Natural grounds on 12 acres overlooking the Continental Divide bordering White River National Forest. The 35,000 square feet of flat asphalt makes for extremely affordable fun for kids and peace and quiet for parents. (Seriously) Able to accommodate 24+ people, with private parking area for all. We have 5 living areas, Large guest kitchen, game room and great back yard. Unfortunately pictures do not provide justice for the Lodge, or descriptions for that matter. Your family will absolutely love it.

Perfect for Family Vacations, Weddings, Reunions, and Group Gatherings. The High Country Lodge is quaint with a large central area surrounding the fireplace and view. Catering is available (not required) within the lodge for dining needs. The Lodge is very clean with no clutter-feels like your home right away! We live close by, So any problems are solved quickly by me with minimal impact to you or your Group.

This Property is easily the most spectacular property on

Peak 7. Total privacy. Super Quiet. Amazing views.

One of the best hiking/biking trail systems goes right by the Lodge. This is true Breckenridge.

What makes this estate unique

my favorite unique benefit is that we are located before the traffic gets bad, and you dont find yourself looking into other peoples' windows.

I love how private and accessible the hot tub is and you wont complain about the view.

I also recommend the use of our shuttle, yes it is extra, but why would you want to try and park in a town that does not have enough parking!

Celebrated my 40th birthday with family and friends. A great house for a large group, perfect sledding hill and plenty of room! Kids loved the bunk room!

Wonderful house with lots of space for large groups

We had a group of 25 people working in Summit County and used the house as a home base. This was a work trip and the house was wonderful, plenty of parking, lots of opportunities to accommodate any type of group. We will be back.

Large family ski trip to Breck

My family of 24 recently completed our stay in The High Country Lodge. The house was perfect for our needs. It was large enough that people could find a nook to be alone but also we could all be together for meals and conversation. The House is located on Peak 7 at Breckenridge and was an easy drive to drop off skiers at either the Peak 7 gondola stop or the Peak 8 skier drop-off. The views were beautiful with windows all around. We even had a full moon during our stay. The kids and adults had a great time sledding in the back yard. The fireplace was in the cozy den and the football was watched on the big screen tv in the basement gameroom. Patrick was a good host and responded to questions anytime I called. I highly recommend the High Country Lodge for your stay in Breckenridge!

We are located on the North side of Peak 7, less than a 10 minute drive from skiing at peak 6,7,8 or Downtown. We have easy access by car. The Lodge is located on a great hiking/biking trail that brings you to the Peaks trail or Colorado trail. Hiking or biking on this trail is beautiful and soft.

If you are looking for a true Colorado experience with amazing views, privacy, and lots of room to spread out, this home is it. Being close to town and ski are just added benefits!
