We warmly welcome you to our condo at Coeur d'Alene Idaho. This spacious 1054 sq. ft condominium is located at the Village at Riverstone, a new live, work and play community at Coeur d'Alene.
The property is on the top floor of a secure building. You will have an assigned secure parking space underground. Warm hardwood floors and a large great room with cathedral ceilings accommodate the living and dining area. It comfortably sleeps three people. The community patio has double gas grills, fire pit, and plenty of patio furniture to lounge in and to enjoy the surrounding views.
This property offers an urban location for your vacation with easy accessibility to the natural beauty of the outdoors and all that it offers year round. Within walking distance are several restaurants, shops and a 14 screen movie theater, 10 acre city park with kid's play area and trailhead to the paved Centennial Trail.
Stay with us if you are planning on a break with your family at Silverwood. Take a long peaceful bike ride up the hills on your road bike or golf in the early morning hours. If you're looking for a home base for Ironman or Triathlon CDA, we are only 1.75 miles from the start.
My wife and I live in Federal Way, Washington, a suburb south of Seattle. We have visited Coeur d'Alene for several years now in the summer to spend time with family in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas. We have a young daughter who loves to visit with her cousins at her uncle's lake house on Coeur d'Alene Lake.
Mylene And Jeff Foster purchased this condo in 2008
Local hotels do not offer the amenities that this condo has such as a living room area to relax in and a kitchen to use when we don't feel like going out for a meal. We save much when we eat in for lunch and breakfast. When we come here, it feels like coming to our own home and not a hotel room. We also like the convenience of walking to restaurants and movie theater. There is a park and playground close by. It is in a newly constructed building which was made with high quality standards that is incomparable with typical condominiums or hotels.
We loved staying in your condo-my husband kept saying what a good job I had done by arranging it.
This condo was close enough to the lake for Ironman CDA but far enough away to feel private. The accomadations are five star. There is no stone left unturned when needing creature comforts of home, good coffee beautiful kitchen, comfy furniture. The ameneties are top notch. I would definitely return to this unit. I love the private entrance, parking underground and dealing with the owners. This is a true gem!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this clean, modern, well-stocked condo in Riverstone Village! You have your own parking space in the underground garage and a key fob is provided for using the lobby entrance from street level. The bathroom has plenty of towels, TP, and a hair dryer. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the unit. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and other cooking necessities. There are lawn chairs and coolers to use for picnicking or going down to listen to live music in the park. DVDs, puzzles, and board games provide things for you to do while you're in the condo.
There's plenty to do right outside the condo as well: there are restaurants, shops, and a movie theater just downstairs, as well as a few coffee shops and an art studio where you can paint canvases or pottery. Check out the street fair every Thursday night during the summer.
Walk across the street and catch the Centennial Trail, which you can walk or ride on along the river to downtown and then along the lake. It's about a 45 min walk to downtown or a 5 min drive, where you can check out the shops or take advantage of the beautiful lake.
While it was a more expensive than we had intended to spend, it was much nicer and better equipped than the cheaper condo we stayed at in another building in Riverstone Village. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our 3-week stay there.
Kroc Salvation Army Recreation Center about a mile from property. It has a lap and recreation pool, exercise equipment, climbing wall at very low rates. Skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing is available in the area at least 30-45 mins by car. Schweitzer and Silver Mountain are the 2 main ski areas. Cross country and snowshoeing are available at different trails throughout. The lake is within 2 miles from the village and offer many activities from jet skiing to just laying around on the beach or boat tours. The closest hiking trail is the Tubbs Hill Trail. The paved Centennial trail runs along the Village and is great for biking and walking. There are other biking and hiking trails, the most notable are the Trails of the Coeur d'Alene I & II and Trail of the Hiawatha, which are further out. For road bikes, the country roads are perfect, with little to no traffic, varied terrain and great views. There is Regal Cinema theaters and shopping at the Village as well as restaurants and a park. Silverwood and Boulder Beach Theme Park is only 20 minutes away.
