Convenient Amenities: For your added convenience, the property includes a full-size, front-load washer and dryer on the upper floor, ensuring you have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Multiple Balconies: "A Beach Life" boasts three balconies and a charming front porch with a cozy sitting area. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks with ocean breezes and lovely views.
Bedroom Configuration: The property features three well-appointed bedrooms. The lower floor offers a bedroom with a versatile bunk bed (twin on top, full size on the bottom, and a pull-out trundle twin size bed) and a private balcony. Upstairs, the master suite is furnished with a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. An additional bedroom on the upper floor includes two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony.

Central Location: "A Beach Life" is perfectly situated in the heart of town, offering easy access to all the attractions and amenities of the area. You're just a short drive or walk away from the beautiful beach, as well as souvenir shops and seafood restaurants that showcase the local flavors.

Winter Season Reservations: Please note that any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two months) minimum stay. Reservations not meeting this criteria are subject to cancellation by management.After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months with a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

We care about each and every one of our guests and work very hard to ensure your time at the beach is a wonderful experience, where you want to come back year after year.

Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 parking passes/cars maximum.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Maintenance timeliness
The property was nice however our refrigerator broke the day after we got there and the day after we shopped for food for 7 days and 9 people. 4 days later a new refrigerator was installed. We had to wait around for ice daily (they did provide us with a cooler) as well as the installation folks. I feel they could have gotten a refrigerator sooner so we would not have lost a lot of our food. I asked the property management if they would reimburse us for some of the food we lost, and they said that they provided us with ice. I think that would have been the least they could have done but have not. I will not stay with that management company again.

Great location, perfect home for 2 families with teens! Easy access to shops and restaurants. Quit and relaxing, with everything we needed!! Volleyball and pool where a huge hit!! Close walk to the beach. Loved our stay!!

Excellent!
It was better than expected. Perfect location to beach, restaurants, and shops. 1-2 min walk to beach that had handicap accessible ramp making it easy to tote wagons, chairs, etc. The volleyball court, fire pit, and pool were very clean and well kept. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place! We will definitely be returning. Management team was very knowledgeable and easy to reach.

Fabulous location for all ages
Our family along with friends spent Spring Break here and absolutely loved it! It was important to us to find a walkable place for teens and young adults to be able to do things on their own. THIS IS IT! So close to everything from beach, e-bike rentals, restaurants, grocery, Dollar Store, and liquor store (very important ha!). It is across the street from the beach but couldn't be better and safer access walking to the beach which is probably the same amount of time it takes in a high-rise condo with a long walkway to reach the beach. The private, shared pool was awesome and our kids loved playing volleyball right there at the property. Would stay here again for sure.
