Luxury townhome has all of the comforts of your own home and then some! Located on the Big Thompson River, just 2 miles outside the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, this townhome is located in a very quiet, serene area yet close enough to walk to the town of Estes Park. Less than a mile away from the town center where you can shop, eat, and visit the historical Stanley Hotel, famous for the movie, 'The Shining'. Or you can sit outside on the deck overlooking the Big Thompson River and watch the elk and deer walk by. If you're visiting during April/May, you might even spot baby elk being born just yards away from your back door. Never approach wildlife, especially around their babies, but you'll have a great view from the deck! This townhome is truly breathtaking, very warm and comfortable, with a beautiful fireplace, 2 car garage, top-of- the-line appliances and all the amenities you'll ever need. A little piece of heaven right here on earth!

Sandra Ireland purchased this townhome in 2006
This property is located in a very serene and peaceful location, yet very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and walking distance to the main downtown of Estes Park.
Tankless water heater therefore hot water "on demand". AC for those hot summer days as needed. Sitting on the deck looking at the Big Thompson River flow by is one of the reasons we purchased this home. The animals love to stop by and get some fresh water.
This thoughtfully furnished townhome offers all of the comforts of home. After a day of hiking, our family enjoyed returning "home" to relax in our own spaces. My husband stepped out back to fly fish just steps from the deck. The kids holed up upstairs in "their" loft. I surfed the Internet checking the ever changing weather forecast and places to go.
As first time visitors to Rocky Mountain, we found the national park enchanting. We don't often repeat vacations. However, we would make an exception if we could return again in late-August when the crowds are down and if we could book another week at this beautiful townhome.
Our family of 5 stayed in this condo for a week in Estes Park and had a wonderful experience. The condo is lovely ... even prettier than the photos show. The house is immaculately clean, very nicely decorated, and very comfortable. And all set on a beautiful river that you can see from the windows and deck. Just a lovely setting and very close to town. We had a great time there. Sandra, the owner, was as nice as she could be, and was always just a phone call or a text message away. She met us at the house upon our arrival and showed us around ... just a very nice person and easily accessible if need be during your stay.
The house is absolutely lovely. It's as clean as it can be, totally modern and updated, a wonderful kitchen that can be used for preparing meals, very comfortable beds, a great living area, and a lovely deck overlooking the river. Just fantastic all around. Also a full size washer and dryer, which is so handy after hikes, etc. There is also a lovely walkway along the river with sitting areas, benches, etc. which we enjoyed everyday.
I can find no way to improve upon this property. If you need 2-3 bedrooms very near Estes Park, but with a quiet environment on the river, this is the place for you. Even though it is near town, it feels very far away. Sandra is the perfect hostess ... there if you need her, but not there if you don't. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would recommend this place to anyone vacationing in Estes Park. We've rented numerous VRBO's and this is one of the best we've stayed at. you can't go wrong! Enjoy!
Such a beautiful, elegant townhome. My family of 4 was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for up to 6 (plates, flatware, etc), but bring paper/plastic if attempting to feed a larger group. We couldn't believe the attention to detail and the decorator's sense that Sandra clearly brings to the place. Impressive!
The location is terrific with the river literally a few steps away and nice walking path through the area. My husband and son had success reel fishing in the river, but best suited for fly fishing. Elk routinely oame through at dusk to eat from the greenery and we even saw evidence of a bear having trudged through the neighborhood - muddy bear tracks on the driveway in the morning! Minutes to downtown Estes, though not necessarily a safe walk from the townhome due to the traffic coming/going to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park.
Definitely a place to remember with my visiting family members from Denver taking note of it also for future stays!
Let me start with I think I know what Heaven will be like. Your beautiful TH in Estes Park, CO.
Your website does not even come close to describing the attention to detail you have provided throughout the entire TH. Unlock the door, make yourself comfortable and enjoy your resort stay. You thought of EVERYTHING
My month long stay was filled with many beautiful memories to include all of the visiting Elk, Mule Deer, Chipmunk's and beautiful birds in your back yard.
To stay in your TH is a gift everyone should give themselves. I will certainly be back.
My sisters and I had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful townhome in Estes Park. Sandra met us upon arrival to make sure the house was in perfect shape and to explain everything to us. That makes it so much easier than trying to figure it all out for ourselves. She was also very easy to contact if we had questions after she left. She has thought of absolutely everything necessary. There was tea and coffee and a vast array of spices and condiments available for our use. She also provided a very nice goodie basket and little welcome gifts for each of us. The decor is beautifully done, mountain style and the house was immaculate. The beds are very comfortable.
The townhouse is located on the river which runs through Estes Park. There is a nice trail along the river which leads to a fun coffee place. It is within 1/4 mile of downtown Estes, a grocery store and several restaurants. Easy access to the national park.
We are hoping to return every year!
This property was exactly as pictured (even better in real life). Everything was immaculate and all necessary amenities were provided. It is tastefully decorated and by far one of the nicest (if not the nicest) rentals we've ever stayed in. It was a perfect retreat to come home to each evening after days of fishing, kayaking, hiking, shopping, etc. It's very quiet and peaceful if you want to sit on the deck and listen to the river or want to have a fire in the fireplace on chilly evenings. It's conveniently located between the RMNP entrance and downtown Estes Park. It's within walking distance of downtown. Sandra made you feel like you were a welcome visitor in her home. She's thought of everything. We will definitely stay here when we return to Estes Park and would highly recommend it to others.
