The camp enjoys privacy, has a southern exposure, 150' lakefront, deep, clear water swimming off private dock, private swim float. Dinghy provided; private mooring available at extra charge. Thompson's Point summer community dates from the late 1800's and affords miles of quiet,uncrowded tree shaded lanes for walking, bicycling around and enjoying the views of Lake Champlain, Adirondacks and Green Mountains. Thompson's Point 'Country Club' offers newly rebuilt clay tennis courts, a hard court, rustic game room to renters at additional charge.

Tenant agrees that this lease or property may not be assigned or sublet, even to a member of the leaseholder’s family. Breach of this condition shall result in termination of lease, but rent will be retained by the Lessor. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing, no later than 60 days in advance of commencement date. Lessor will endeavor to re-rent the property. A) Re-rented property: There is a $150 cancellation fee. If the property is re-rented, your payment less cancellation fee is returned to you within 30 days of receipt of payment from new leaseholder. B) Property not re-rented: All funds received will be forfeited. C) Transfers: Changing date of stay requires a $50 Transfer Fee. D) Dropping a week from a reservation originally reserved for multiple weeks is considered a cancellation for any dropped weeks. E) Rent portion of payment will be discounted by 2.5% for direct payment by check or cash.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
