great house for 3 generations
This a a very comfortable house. It was very nice to have 2 king sized beds and 2 rooms with twin beds. The game room got a lot of use as did the pool.
Beautiful home, well stocked and convenient if slightly worn
Our experience here was good. We loved that all four bedrooms has it's own bathroom. Everyone's bed was comfortable. The pool was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Our blender was broken but the management co. brought over a new one as soon as they found out. The game room has a WII but only 1 game so bring your own if you are interested in that.
However, this place needs some TLC. The main sliding glass door was unusable because it would not slide. The vertical blinds could not be completely opened. The pool and hot tub have some mold or algae around the edges. But our greatest frustration was the alarm for the door. In this home (and surrounding homes by the sound of it) you could not even open the sliding glass door without pressing a button. If you left the door open for just 10-15 seconds a blaring alarm would sound. If you didn't close the door completely, the alarm sounded. It was so very annoying and more than one time our whole house was awoken in the morning or evening from the alarm.
The main pool was fun and the kids loved it. However, it was under construction when we were there so many of the water slides (that show in the pictures) were unavailable for us. The one slide that was open was a ton of fun.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only 15 minutes to all three Disney parks and only 15 minutes to Disney Springs. Give yourself an extra 30 minutes to check in at the gate - the line was LONG.
Thank you for taking the time to do a review of our home. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay despite a few maintenance items you encountered during your stay. We strive to make every guest stay a perfect one and maintain our homes to the highest standard. However, there are some instances where things break down during their stay and not necessarily “worn” as described.
Our Property Manager gives each and every guest a courtesy call shortly after their check in to see whether they need anything to make their stay more enjoyable or items at the home that needs immediate attention. Guests encourage the to call them if there are anything is not working throughout their stay at the home. Not all of our guests’ see the same issues at the home and some guests choose to work around those issues. While talking to our Property Manager about the blender, if the issues of sliding door, vertical blinds and pool was brought to their attention, if it could be fixed during your stay, they would have looked after it right away. Our pool is serviced weekly and is scheduled in between guests’ check in/outs as not to disturb the guests.
We apologize for the inconvenience of pool door alarm and realize that this safety system may be looked upon as a nuisance to some of our guests. This alarm plays a vital role in alerting the exit of small children to the pool area and it is an integral part of pool safety, required by the State laws. The safety of all our guests, especially young children, is our utmost priority. Clear instructions on how to operates this system to prevent sounding off the alarm are located at the pool door, as well as in the Welcome Letter that we send to all of our guests and in the information binder at the home. Most guests get the use to the operation of the system a few days after their stay.
Check ins at the Resort front gate can take longer than usual during peak hours, usually right at 4pm, this is check time for most homes at the resort. Guests can speed up the Resort check in process by having all their paperwork and identification ready to present to the Windsor Hills security personnel. They can also check in during non-peak hour such as later in the evening when most people are having dinner. Check in time can also vary by season, so most of the time it’s hard to predict.

Better than our own home!
Our first trip to Disney was made perfect with this gorgeous home! I will probably have to redecorate back home because my daughter loved the princess room so much! We spent more time in the pool than we did at Disney! Thanks for sharing your home with us, we loved every minute of it!

Home away from Home!
This is our second trip back to this villa. We had a lovely vacation in your villa! The home came fully stocked with linen, towels as with our own. We came here to spend a week in the Disney parks for our children to celebrate their birthdays. The kids loved the pool and the Mickey and Princess bedrooms! We loved having space to spread out, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a place to do laundry! Thanks for sharing your home with us.
