This 3-bedroom, 1-bath condo in Provincetown comprises the entire first floor of an owner-occupied two-family home and makes a great getaway for a small group of friends - either singles or couples. I take great pride in providing my guests with comfortable and clean accommodations, and living on-site allows me to be available for any requests or maintenance needs that may arise during your stay. The home offers many amenities including a fully-renovated and well-equipped kitchen with new washer and dryer, fully-renovated bath with large travertine walk-in shower, on-site parking for two cars (in tandem), Wi-Fi, HDTV and cable. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, linens, pillows and towels. There is central air-conditioning throughout the apartment. Enjoy the large, private backyard with gas grill, dining table, lounges for soaking up the afternoon sun and a relaxing hammock under the large shade tree!

The location is excellent - centrally located close to Commercial Street but on a quieter side street, and also close to the town's main grocery store. Within two blocks are the Boatslip, Shipwreck Lounge, Porch Bar, Spiritus Pizza, Joe's Coffee and Muscle Beach Gym.

Please note, this property has a strict limit of six guests. No one under 21, and no pets or bridal/bachelorette parties.

It was just like the photos! Lovely place, close to town center. Comfy like home

Tony was a great host. He was very available if you needed him. The home was great. Very clean and comfortable. A nice place to be when the weather isn't very good and a great taking off place for your days adventures. The beds were so very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the activity. We would stay here again and again. I would highly recommend it

Great house and host

Tony was a gracious host, and his house was the perfect weekend getaway for my group of friends and me. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor patio was great for lounging. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to booking here again.

Great location and space on the West End

The first floor apartment was perfect for us. The location was incredibly convenient to bars, restaurants and shopping. The grocery store was also a convenient few blocks away. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The outdoor space was great for quiet afternoon sun or shady lounging. Thankfully the weather was perfect during our stay. But even if it hadn't been, the space is comfortable enough to lounge and relax.
