My family and I rented this house for a week this summer (2015), including 2 young children. To be honest, the location and views offered in the house were amazing, outstanding. However, for us we felt that the house was so cluttered with 'decorations', unsightly plants and unncesary furniture that it took away from the experience entirely - it made the house feel cluttered even before we put our own things inside. Also, there were no shades at all in the front bedrooms (the sun rises at 4:30am) and we found that disruptive to a good rest.
That aside, the house was fully stocked for anything you could possibly want including a small kiddie pool, and a closet full of kids toys!
We were never greeted, or contacted at all during our stay by the owner or manager of the property - This also left a sour taste in our mouth. It was all a bit impersonally handled - which is not my typical experiene as a seasonal renter in Maine for the past 6+ years.
I would not rent again, but I do not regret the week we stayed either! I hope others find this helpful... It could be a gem of a rental for anyone who does not mind so much clutter!

When a reservation is placed, you are required to sign a Rental Agreement and pay a 50% non-refundable holding deposit.
The final bill will be sent approximately 30 days prior to arrival and will include the remaining rental balance, the 8% Lodging Tax, and the refundable $600.00 damage deposit.
