This beautiful home offers four bedrooms including 2 kings, one queen, and two twin beds. On first level, there are two bedrooms (twins and double), one full bath and laundry facilities. The middle level offers a huge kitchen with island opening to dining area and family room with fireplace and HD 4K television. Attached covered deck is perfect for al fresco dining with view of the ocean! The third level has two separate suites (king beds in both), each with attached full bath. Master suite opens to a sun deck with views of the beach and ocean. There is a second flat screen TV in the Master.
You can watch the sun rise over the ocean from the luxury of your bed. The master bath features a jetted tub, steam shower, double vanity and walk-in closet. For the high season of Memorial Day to Labor Day, this home is offered for weekly rentals. During the off-season, the home is available for weekend or weekly rentals.
I have owned this home since it was new. I manage it myself with the help of a local contractor and cleaning service. I used it only for my personal use as a second home until 2008 when I moved out of state.

Quick walk to the beach, can get most places by bike or walking, Peaceful retreat with gorgeous ocean views. I have four bikes at the house for your use while there. Riding down oceanfront avenue to the boardwalk is one of my favorite things to do. Seashore state park is just a few blocks away on 64th and that is another favorite place to walk, run or bike.

Had a lovely time in this house. Listing is accurate regarding bedrooms, location, amenities, etc. Property is clean and well maintained. Owner provided great customer service and responded quickly to questions by email or text. The property is in a quieter section of the beach (in November, anyway) so traffic was reasonable and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely recommend this property for a Virginia Beach stay!
We had a lovely family weekend celebrating my mom's 87th birthday. The elevator malfunctioned during our stay and we not able to use it but did fine without. The owner could not have been more responsive to the issue, had someone there within 45 minutes. She checked in later with us as she was conerned, which is more than I have experienced from other rentals when there was an issue.
The home has comfortable beds which is hard to find with vacation rentals. Having linens supplied is awesome. The gas grill was great. I recommend this home.
We had 8 adults and 2 children under the age of 3 and we had so much room we never felt on top of each other. The house was beautiful and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A 2 minute walk and you are on the sand in front of the water who could ask for anything more!!! Monica was very personable and helpful with all my inquiries. You will not be disappointed staying here!! Catch the beautiful sunrise right from the Master Bedroom deck!! We saw dolphins swimming at the beach every day we were there. Truly a relaxing get away.
The home was clean and completely renovated. It had ocean views as described. It was well stocked.It was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We Will definitely rent this home again!!!
We really enjoyed ourselves and the set up is perfect. The house is cozy and beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the kitchen because I love to cook.

The address is 112 57 1/2 Street in the mostly residential North End of Virginia Beach. The boardwalk runs from 1st to 43rd which is about one mile south of my house. The views from the house are fantastic!
