Home has been renovated with new appliances, new stackable washer/dryer, new carpets, new large shower & all new furniture. Tvs in every room and WIFI. It is clean & bright. Many activities minutes away. Come & enjoy a little bit of heaven in South Yarmouth where beautiful Nantucket Sounds awaits you.

I have been married to my high school sweetheart for many many years. We both grew up in Lexington Ma. After college his job took us for over 20 years working and living across Europe. We returned to the US to settle in North Andover, MA to then get transferred again to New Jersey for 12 years. Many moves and many memories. Cape Cod was our constant, we always returned every year and it always felt like coming home.
Just this year we decided to move to Columbia County NY/Berkshires MA and hopefully this will be our last move. We love our country house as much as we love our Cape Cod homes. We own three beach properties all in the same neighborhood.

After many years of vacationing on Cape Cod with 3 small children, my husband and I decided that we were tired of renting a home on Cape Cod and dealing with the hassle of going to the beach everyday with the toys, coolers, chairs, dealing with the lack of parking, getting to the beach at eight to find a parking spot. So we decided to buy something where I could walk out every morning with my cup of coffee and walk to the beach. This was one of the best decision ever. We bought the home in 2005 and have enjoyed every moment there. I love the small neighborhood and the beach. My children have enjoyed their time there and even now as adults keep going back.
The best and most unique benefit is how close the house is to the beach. On a clear day from the deck it feels like you can touch the ocean. In the evening, it's quite and all you hear is the sound of the surf. When the moon shines the reflection on the water is spectacular. We wake up to the sound of the surf and the seagulls.
The house is very comfortable with the added benefit of a very large yard. .The proximity to all the shops, restaurants, supermarkets and activities makes this house a very special find at an affordable price. We love Cape Cod and if you have never been here you will too.

The house has everything one would need for a vacation at the beach. The house is clean has a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill and chairs for the beach which is the best part just steps away making it easy to go back and forth from the beach all day. Great location close to stores, entertainment and restaurants our favorite Skippers just a short walk away.
We stayed July 2015 and are looking forward to another week this July.

Stayed in this property for a week in August and enjoyed it very much. The house was clean and everything you could possibly need was provided. Access to the beach is perfect for the beach lover. We had one issue while there through no fault of the owner the air conditioner in the master bedroom quit working. A quick call to the owner to number provided in the home and the problem was resolved! Within 3 hours a brand new air conditioner was installed and all was set for us to enjoy a wonderful week of sunshine on the Cape!
South Yarmouth is a beautiful mid-Cape summer vacation community, offering many attractions for the whole family including: ferries from Hyannis to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Island, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, Cape Cod Melody Tent for great live entertainment, old fashion drive-in movies, whale watching, restaurants, miniature golfing, Rt. 6A offers many antique shops and much more. Many unique ice cream parlors for an after dinner treat with the kids.
Besides our beautiful beaches Cape Cod is about Golfing. There are 27 public, daily-fee golf courses and 15 private facilities. In Yarmouth there are 2 public golf courses the Bass River Golf Course and Bayberry Hills. In South Yarmouth we have the Blue Rock Golf Course.
