Unobstructed Full Views from all beach view (West, sunset end with only one neighbor.) Two balconies 3 sliders and two fixed windows. Accommodates guests with Two Kings and Queen principal beds. But two twin fold out sofas in the largest master in rear and middle BRs. The LR also has a leather fold out Queen "superior comfort" sleeper sofa - the most comfortable sleepers one can purchase. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Notice the dining table: who else has six chairs with arms and only two without? Same with elongated entertainment buffet - Why so large ? Neither could fit in stairwell nor elevator. Significant? MO folks at King Arthur's table, MO electronics , MO comfortable viewing. What elevated bar stools? To see over the railing and not be blocked with dumb lower chairs. And what are those other chairs. rockers. All this balcony equipment heavy duty aluminum. You will never find any superior balcony furniture for your enjoyment. Kitchen: New florescent light but 3 circuits each with 4 flood light dimmable LED lights. Why? Read directions , recipes, Could be a sun room. Why 5 HP SS disposal? Why double stoves, dishwashers, refrigs - Why NOT? Plenty of ICE. Two racks of spices in kitchen . Why? We want you on the beach not in Walmart. Why overstock TP. paper towels, soap, garbage bags (NOT cheap , drawstring) all cleaning supplies sponges, brushes. The dishwasher and laundry suds - We Do Not want you inconvenienced.

Location: Walk to track, easy access to water park, liquor, Mary's dinner, great 5 star restaurants (Marina Cafe newest , parking and easily found pontoon service which is rated the Highest in the area with lowest rates and most modern boats - direct access to Crab Island and will accommodate special requests - and Ocean Club) , 6 blocks to WalMart, and Fresh Mkt, Whole Foods , Publix, and Winn Dixie - stroll to lunch at Back Porch. PARKING. How many families bring only one car for a 3 BR/ 3 BA rental? NONE. Reserved 214 covered Plus the most adequate parking on ANY beachside facility. Best attraction to Facility: newly done exquisite pool with stone pavers , heated pool and hot tub with adequate chairs, umbrellas. Beach service : NEVER four rows too crowded. Occasionally, two rows. You will not be more comfortable. Finally, separate rear entry. So? Independence, Sound proof door to block laundry room separating units. Complete

This condo is so very roomie, 2nd floor, and had all the amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed our trip and are planning to return for our annual 2017 trip.

Family Graduation Vacation

Our trip to Destin was to celebrate our 18 year old grandson's graduation--to make this a special time for him. Staying at this property, #214, was indeed, a special time for all of us. This unit is very comfortable, conveniently located and very welcoming. It is completely stocked and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal for shopping, restaurants, outlet mall, The Race Track, Big Kahuna Water park and other venues. The double balconies offer bar height table and chairs that let you see over the railing and look at the beautiful waters and beaches. The luxurious master bath boasts a large granite steam shower, soaker tub and large TV for viewing and relaxing. Lots of space in the kitchen-from the large counters to the newest appliances make preparing meals a delight. Having a 2nd kitchen is such a plus!! Two large refrigerators make food and drink storage so easy and convenient. This unit is very spacious and comes with its' own parking space under the building--with carts available for loading and unloading your car. The owner has done a great job so your stay at Sterling Sands will be everything you hope for!
