Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation at our beautiful, penthouse Gulf-front condominium located at Treasure Island Resort in the Thomas Drive area of Panama City Beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Get ready to enjoy a pair of reserved beach chairs and umbrella while relaxing on the beach (seasonal March-October)!
Our unit has 1370 square feet of spacious living area, nine (9) foot ceilings and sleeps six to eight guests. It has two bedrooms, a built in bunk bed area, sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, washer and dryer in a separate utility room, and a huge Gulf front balcony.
Our living room has a new 47 inch LCD tv with Blu Ray player! Both bedrooms have new LCD flat screen TV's.
Treasure Island is one of Panama City Beach's newest deluxe resorts. The complex features a beautiful 120 feet long swimming pool, an expansive sun deck, and a Hot Tub. Outdoor barbeque grills are adjacent to the pool deck and new gas grills are located in the parking deck. The complex offers a first rate workout facility. Each floor at Treasure Island has only 12 condos, and the building is served by four high speed elevators.
There is an on-site snack bar located adjacent to the pool hosted by Liza's Kitchen (seasonal)!
The 9 foot deep, 30 feet wide, balcony provides 270 square feet to relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins, fishing fleets, ships and extraordinary sunsets. The balcony is accessible from the both the living room and the master bed room.
We are located at the east end of Thomas drive, within 1/2 mile of St. Andrews Park. Our address is 5004 Thomas Drive - within walking distance of Schooners Beach Club and restaurants.

The condo has a large, fully outfitted kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded stainless GE Profile appliances. It is furnished with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal including smooth surface Cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Enjoy your meal at our dining table that seats six or outside on the balcony enjoying the breath taking penthouse view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a huge walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and connecting bathroom with tub/shower combination. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. We also have a built in bunk bed area next to the dining room with two twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV.
Other features of our Treasure Island condo include: ceramic tile floors throughout the living and dining areas; ceiling fans in bedrooms, dining room, and great room. Towels and linens are provided too but bring your beach towels.
Special Notes and Payment Information:
We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.

County and state taxes are not included in rates.
Security/damage deposit of $300 is required to reserve unit. Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear. The security deposit, less any charges for damages, will be returned within 10-14 days of your departure date.
• Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
• Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival
Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM (Central Standard Time) on the appropriate day.
We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please contact your personal insurance agent and inquire about travel insurance.
Payment of the rental fees is due 30 days in advance of your arrival.

Treasure Island is an ideal destination for a family looking for a fantastic beach getaway. It is located on 420 fee of beachfront on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Thomas Drive area is less congested and provides easy access to any points on or down the beach. St. Andrews State Park is only minutes away.
Family friendly environment. Large pool heated seasonally overlooking the Gulf, hot tub, fitness room, covered parking garage, BBQ area with stainless steel gas grills, poolside café, and convenient to local shopping and dining.
My family and I had a great vacation at this unit. Everything was just as we expected from the photos and other reviews. Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo!
We absolutely loved our stay. The place is gorgeous and the views are amazing. The staff at the pool and beach were extremely kind and helpful. We had a few restaurants around us and even took in a dolphin tour right down the street. We were very far from the pier so if you have teens they will need to be driven down (15 minutes). Over all I could only see a few issues. The dryer needs to be updated and there are a few stains from water in the master. But nothing that was gross. We will definitely come back again to visit. The owners are so kind and very helpful. The condo seemed to have everything we needed.
Lovely condo with amazing views, smart furnishings and nice location (at the quiet end of PCB). One or two maintenance issues quickly sorted out by front desk. I'd agree with the girls below that some extra supplies would be welcome especially coat hangers and trash bags. The owners are helpful and promp with responses. We travelled from the UK and would certainly rent here again. We would definitely recommend it to friends in the future. Thanks Cathy & Larry.
This description and photos don't do the condo justice. It is truly better than what we thought it would be. There were four adults and four kids and we had TONS of room to move around and enjoy ourselves. We had one problem with an outlet breaker in the bathroom, but it was resolved within 15 minutes of a phone call to the owners. As far as nearby activities, Schooners is a short WALKING distance away and we took advantage of many "foo-foo" drinks right on the beach! We also walked to St. Andrews State Park and loved its beautiful, scenic beach and views of shell island. We will be back for certain. The only thing we will do differently when we visit again is to bring extra dishwasher soap, hand soap, trashbags, and bath towels.
Convenient to marinas for charter fishing and dolphin viewing trips!
