This studio/1 bathroom apartment is about 350 square feet, and is located on the 4th floor of a Townhouse located in the Heart of Soho on Mott Street between Prince Street and Spring Street.
Upon entering the apartment, you step directly into a fully equipped and new open kitchen, with: a sink, stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, cookware, cupboards, coffee maker and dishes.
Then you arrive in the air-conditioned main room. It has white color painted walls except for one brick wall, hard wood floors and a window providing light. This room is furnished with two sofa beds, a cable flat screen TV, internet and a phone.
The marble bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub with shower, toilet and mirrored medicine cabinet.
The washer/dryer is located in between the main room and the bathroom.
Olivier was excellent to deal with, easy to get to all the attractions we wanted.
Very easy to work with. The day before we left there was an issue with this unit and he made sure to get us a new one. It wasn't our ideal location but for the price (he even gave a better deal because of a longer commute) it was well worth it. Would recommend him if you are looking to rent one of his properties.
Very nice and cosy studio. It s renovated..
I will come back for sure !
Perfect for what I needed, and the location in Nolita is amazing. The owner was very quick with his communication. I would recommend this apartment.
This apartment is usable for only 2 people if they share the same bed. The sofa couch is terrible and when both are folded out you can't get around them without walking on top of them. The floor was dirty, towels smelled like mildew. The owner gave us a blow up mattress (because we complained) which didn't fit in the space. The bath and kitchen were fine and the neighborhood is great.
I stayed at this studio in September 2009. It was very easy to find and if you're French you might appreciate that the owner also spoke French. The place was clean and simple and safe. Small but functional. The best part about this place was the location. Mott and Prince street is a great Soho location. Awesome wine and tapas bar across the street and a Whole Foods around the corner. Right near the subway. The perfect location really. I would definitely stay here again.
