Within a block of the Gateway Mall, Energy Solutions Arena (NBA Utah Jazz, concerts, etc) and Trax (light rail) servicing downtown, the University of Utah and the suburbs of Salt Lake Valley. Within an hour's drive of all world class Utah ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Park City and others). One and a half blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center (5 minute walk).

Dozens of restaurants located within walking distance. Only a few blocks from Temple Square.

This charming studio has been professionally decorated and refurbished with brand new appliances, vintage stamped tin ceiling tiles, tasteful antiques including a 1938 Harley Flathead. Includes wi-fi and DirecTV with premium channels.

This was a great downtown studio for two visiting for 5 or 6 days.

We liked the layout and feel of the condo. It is spacious for two with a big living area, clean and quiet and good parking. We did not cook in other than breakfast. The location of the warehouse to downtown is convenient and fun. Harmons grocery store is nearby and we had a tapas dinner at Finca next door, lunch at Tony Caputos food market and deli around the corner and checked out Vosens German Bakery across the street. We hope to come back again.

SO cozy!

We had a great stay! Loved the design of the condo and everything was convenient, clean and safe. Very nice to have secure parking. The location was great! One block from public transportation for things around town and super convenient to the highway for our day trips. Only wish we could have stayed longer - SLC is full of great things to do and see and awesome places to eat and drink.

Excellent Location!

I would have given 5 stars if the ejector want brown the entire trip. Not the owners fault, bldg maintenance was waiting on a part. It had everything we needed. Close to Salt Palace and Vivant Arena, walking distance I might add. Or a quick Pedicab ride which was a hoot if you get a good driver. Look for a guy wearing a Viking Hat, he's the best. Walling distance to the light rail, downtown, and a mini may just a half block down was convenient along with the FINCA belie if you wanted a cocktail or Spanish Tapas at the end of the night! I would stay again.

We rent lots of condos and apartments across they US. This was one of the best we've found! Not a speck of dust, basic supplies needed were there for us, comfortable bed and bedding. Beautiful decor! If we return to Salt Lake we will rent the same apartment if it's available. Easy walk to the convention center and lots of good restaurants nearby. Thanks for a very comfortable stay to the owners!

Great Condo, excellent location

This was an amazing stay. Downtown Salt Lake City has so much to offer. We had access to great restaurants and we were able to be in the ski areas within minutes. The condo has a great entertainment system. It is the perfect size for two people. The appliances are new and up to date. We were able to walk to dozens of shopping and dining locations. The instructions were excellent and thorough. The owner went above and beyond to get our ski gear out to us right away. Thank you for the great vacation.
