Plan your Mexico vacation in this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath beachfront property in the Grand Venetian condominium. Reside in the center of activity only minutes from the airport or city. This unit features comfortable yet high style design with all the modern conveniences. This 11th floor balcony captures an incredible ocean view, and seen to your left is the curve of the Bay of Banderas which provides a spectacular 'city lights' view at night.
Fireworks shot from the Pirate ship and hotels can be seen from the balcony several nights most weeks. A second balcony shared by the two rear bedrooms provides an impressive view of the Sierra Madre mountains and city.
Guests say the photos do not do the unit justice! The apartment is appointed with cable TVs in all 3 bedrooms plus a 40' flatscreen in the living room. Original artwork and high quality prints decorate the walls. All three walk-in showers are unusually deep and roomy, and two of the three bathrooms feature twin sinks. The kitchen is amply appointed with quality cookware and probably every tool or amenity you have at home.
The dining room buffet is stocked with games for your use. The washer and dryer are in the unit and only for your use. Ample towels, beach towels, and linens are supplied. The apartment including balconies measures over 2,000 square feet. Each room has vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans. Other high-end features include halogen lighting, kitchen and bath granite countertops, extra pillows, local and imported furnishings, stylish bed coverings and linens and more.
Maid service during your stay is available for a nominal charge as is grocery shopping in advance of you arrival. One underground garage parking space is allotted for those who have a car. There is easy access to both taxis and buses in front of the building, and building staff or security personnel will summon a taxi right up to the lobby for you. Local property management service is only a phone call away in the event you have any needs at all.
The Grand Venetian has excellent features. You proceed up a beautiful driveway lined with urns of flowering vines from the main street up to the condo tower at the ocean. A waterfall wall greets you at the drive around tower entrance. You then enter the building into the open air, high tropical style lobby. Enjoy the property's sprawling river-like infinity pools with hot tubs as well as the condo tower's own pool, all oceanfront. There is an excellent sit-down pool side restaurant and bar, and pool side waiter service with ample menu.
You can use the Condo's game room with card and pool table, a 12 seat movie room, fitness center, and a spa that offers massages, facials and similar luxury services. All of the above are conveniently located in my tower.
The Grand Venetian neighbors the Peninsula Plaza on one side within an easy 8 minute walk that houses a Starbucks, a video casino, several banks, occasional live entertainment in the courtyard, and several stores. On the opposite side is the Sunscape resort.
Within a 5 minute taxi ride or short walk are several grocery stores, a Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, the Galleria (high end) mall with many stores, the Liverpool Department store, restaurants, a large cinema including movies in English,and activities.

I fell in love with Puerto Vallarta upon my first visit in 2002. I returned in 2003 for several weeks and again in 2005 for several weeks. To this day, the city feels like 'home' with its friendly people, both locals and American and Canadian tourists and owners. The charm of the city, Malecon and Old Town are uniquely its own. You can find great food at every price point, great art, lots of activities, or just hang out on property and enjoy the pools, balconies and views.
One day I would like to be a 'snow bird' and spend my winters here. I could also see being a 6 or 9 month resident as well. I chose this property for the location on the hotel zone which gives you a very deep sand beach and spacious grounds, and the landscaping here with its flowering bushes, palm trees and manicured grass which most hotel zone condos do not have. I love our location because we're so close to the city, yet removed enough to have the spacious grounds and resort feel. Our 'river-like' pools can't be beat and its a beautiful setting for a vacation or to reside.
A good friend of mine is professional interior designer and helped to choose the wall colors, fabrics, art and furnishings. We went for a more stylish and upscale look that is still comfortable and with a down to earth feel. We wanted it to be more of a special experience and more like a 'W' hotel than of a typical beachside apartment. The result is a condo where you feel comfortable to put your feet up, yet you enjoy the look, feel and art around you. Modern amenities also make it special with TVs in every room, a Bose bluetooth wireless speaker to connect to your personal devices and music, internet phone for free calling to the US and Canada, and a kitchen that's probably as well stocked as yours at home.
This was our second time staying in Lee's condo, and once again we were not disappointed! The condo is comfy and spacious enough for all and the grounds are beautiful, clean and secure. Loved it.

This is a beautiful condo. As other reviewers have already said, the condo is better in person than it is in the pictures. The view from the balcony is fantastic with its mountain and beach views. It's also beautiful in the evening with the downtown light views. The condo is centrally located for easy access to many restaurants, stores, and a short taxi ride to the downtown area and the Malecon. The owner, Lee Coker, is so nice. He ensures all your questions or concerns are addressed immediately. Before our stay, Lee provided everything needed to ensure getting to the condo and our check in was smooth. During our stay, Lee addressed an issue with the air conditioning. We did not even know there was an issue with the air conditioning. That's just how responsive Lee is. There is an onsight restaurant serving a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner in addition to the restaurants near the condo. You won't believe your good fortune if you are lucky enough to stay in this condo.
I could write a book here and it still would not be enough to adequately portray how wonderful this place actually is. Throughout the entire booking process, the time leading up to our trip, the time we were there and the time since, Lee has been an absolute delight to work with. The night before our trip he even spent over a half hour on the phone with us giving us tips and pointers on what to see and where to go.
The condo unit itself is absolutely fantastic. Everything is as described and everything is in perfect order. The views are spectacular. The Grand Venetian grounds are impeccably manicured and maintained. There is ample security everywhere, although they are in no way intrusive. The location is convenient to everything you want to do and access to taxis and public transportation is available right out front.
Again, I cannot possibly say enough about how beautiful this place is and how great Lee was to work with. Our family will definitely be a repeat customer, if not a neighbor as we looked at purchasing a unit of our own while we were there.. We will be back! Thanks, Lee!

This is the place to stay for sure! Lee was incredible and very responsive. He answered all our questions right away and nothing was left to doubt. The condo itself is gorgeous and has all the latest technology and essentials. The pool and beach were beautiful and there was a lot of security so no worries there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
We just came back from Puerto Vallarta and had a wonderful vacation, this condo is perfect! Since the arrival, Marcos, the property manager was very nice and helpful. We had our meals in the terrace with the wonderful ocean view, the beds are super comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we need. The pools are amazing !!
I was there with my parents and kids and was perfect for everybody, not one complain.
