Perfect!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at this house for 3 months while in town on business. I did not want to leave!!! The views are wonderful and the park located directly in front of the house made for great evenings in my portable hammock. They have a great sea kayak you can use to tour the bay or fish. I ran to downtown St Pete almost daily. Great place to jog and and even better place to get some great drinks, food and cigars. Beaches are very close. The house has everything you could possibly need. The jacuzzi bath is great after long days or the twin head shower works great too. Truly a great place to stay and the owners are very user friendly.

Perfect Place to Stay on the Bay!

  • 5 of 5

My boyfriend and I were in town for several months for business and could not have picked a better place to stay!!! We found the house itself to be exactly as the listing described - cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we had anticipated. In addition, there were a multitude of benefits that were not expected, such as awakening every morning to beautiful sunrises, friendly neighbors, people and dog watching across the street in the park, dolphin and bird watching across the street in the bay, and the lovely character of the neighborhood. We enjoyed banana and citrus trees in the yard. And finally, the owner, Jason, was honest and easy to deal with. He responded quickly on the couple of occasions over the few months that we needed to contact him. Also, he provided a wealth of helpful information about the area. I would definitely rent here again!

Loved every second

  • 5 of 5

Wouldn't it be wonderful if you had old friends who owned a house in St.Petersburg, and their house offered a dazzling view of sunrise over Tampa Bay, and the interior was some near-perfect combination of immaculate, classy and comfortable, with a terrific kitchen and bathrooms? And the house was in an interesting, eclectic, quiet neighborhood with tropical flora and palm trees and banana trees and incredible banyan trees that make you wish you were young enough to climb? And your friends were willing to let you use the house whenever you wanted, and they thoughtfully provide a veritable guidebook with tips on restaurants and museums and beaches to help ensure that every day of your vacation went well?

Yeah, that's this house.

The home is clean and cool, but not fussy -- it was just as the pictures here suggest. The view of the bay from the front windows is striking first thing in the morning, pleasant all day long. The kitchen is a pleasure to use, but the variety of restaurants within 5 minutes of the house means you never have to cook if you don't want to. And best of all, the owners, though you've never met them, treat you as if you are old friends, and that an enjoyable time in their home is as important to them as it is to you.

We spent parts of most days at beaches, running and walking, collecting and gazing. All of the traditional Florida tourist options are there if you want them, but on our getaway, relaxation was the key component, and this place worked perfectly.

Honestly, other than not wanting to be in a hotel, my wife and I weren't all that sure what we were looking for when we rented this house. Turns out this house was exactly what we wanted. We're glad we found it.

Awesome Accommodation

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful holiday at the villa! It was a perfect accommodation with all the amenities. A lovely quiet street with great views from every window. The property was clean as a whistle and everything was well maintained. There was a golf course that was a fifteen minute drive away.

Holly provided top notch customer service every step of the way. We were impressed! Thanks to Martha, as well!

We would highly recommend this property.

We will be back!

Great HollYdays ;o)

  • 5 of 5

We had a really great time in this beautiful villa.

Even though the weather was not on our side we enjoyed our time thanks to the wonderfull view from the living room and the affectionate interior decoration.

In the run-up to our stay we received all necessary information and the entire conversation was very friendly.

The villa is perfectly equiped - we did not miss anything.

We will try to come back again and hopefully will have a chance to meet you at that time ...
