Spacious house and excellent location.
Easy access all over the lake from this spacious house. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and the very nice dock. The property is getting a little dated but fit our needs. The bed sheets were suspect so we just washed them and redid the beds.
Great Property and location, everything you need is there.
House had all the amenities you will need and all appliances/HVAC worked as expected. Cove is great for sitting on the dock and enjoyed swimming in the lake. Boat slip is convenient and the location in the back of a no wake cove is very nice. Maneuvering a boat trailer (21 ft. boat) and tow vehicle around driveway is a bit tricky. Owner was always quick to respond to any requests during rental process.
We stayed the week of Aug 5th to the 12th with 6 adults. We all had our own bedroom and bathrooms. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down, it created plenty of space for us all. The house was well stocked with the supplies we needed. The downstairs wet bar was a great asset for us because the day we arrived it was raining chilly outside. The sliding glass doors downstairs went out to the covered deck. The 2 flights of stairs to the dock were easy to use, but after about 3 days, our legs got sore. The dock was a great place to sit and relax. we swam and used the provided covered boat slip. With this house being all the way back in the cove, the waves that did make it to the dock were gentle and not enough to damage our boat. House is in a great cove and convenient to all the places in Osage, as well as Bagnell Damn. Only tricky part of house is the driveway. It is very steep, but manageable, especially with a truck. We launched the boat before arriving at the house, as we had read another review about the driveway. We parked our trailer at top of driveway. Cindy was easy to work with and very helpful. Always answered my emails or calls. Would definitely stay here again when in the Ozarks.
Great location, great house!
We spent 8 days here with our kids and another couple and we had an absolute blast. Great house (4 king bedrooms is a plus), and great location by boat and car. We absolutely loved having our own dock to spend time fishing, coffee in the morning, or floating in the water to enjoy the afternoon sun. We boat often and are lifelong vacationers at the Lake of the Ozarks and this was one of the best. Great job Cindy!
Nice cove, great house!
This house is at the back of a very nice cove. It is quiet enough for swimming with kids and deep enough to take a boat. The house has plenty of room and is equipped with everything you need. No mold! Super clean and nice furnishings! The screened porch is perfect for meals outside and the steps to the dock are in good shape and easy to use. A slip was available for us to rent a boat for the week. Excellent VRBO.
Perfect home for a sibling reunion!
The home was very clean and the layout allowed for both shared space and privacy. It was tastefully docorated and we especially appreciated the four good sized bedrooms with king size beds, the three bathrooms, the screened-in porch and well stocked kitchen. The inlet is deep enough for fishing from the dock. We didn't bring our boat but if we had would have liked there to be a lift available. The driveway is steep and angled so a boat would need to be launched prior to arrival at the property. Cindy was very pleasant and responsive to any questions.
