About this property

Our home fared relatively well from Hurricane Ian. We have most major repairs are completed with some minor things yet to be done. The house is ready to be lived in. We are open to contractors or others doing work on the island as well. The house comfortably accommodates 8 or more. Ask us for details. Island living - it doesn't get better than this! Stay at a renovated waterfront pool home on Sanibel Island. Just a short drive from Fort Myers airport, Sanibel is known for its shell beaches, wildlife refuges, bike trails, sunsets, and fabulous restaurants.

We feature a large pool area overlooking the water. (Not gulf front, canal side)
Boat slip available with close access to the bay. The property is only minutes from gulf beaches.

A great property with great views

The property was clean, neat, and well appointed. We enjoyed the dolphins in the canal as they cruised along. The open floor plan allows for ease of food prep while continuing discussions. I would return without hesitation.

Great please highly recommended

We were here working on the island right after the storm their house wasn’t quite ready but they got it ready enough for us to move in thankfully it was such a big help for them to do that for us they are the easiest people to deal with always there if you need something and I would stay here anytime I am ever in Sanibel The house is perfect very clean very nice and comfortable

Thanks for sharing your home! It worked really well for us. On our arrival we found everything really clean and in great shape overall. We enjoyed being a bit off of the beaten path, but found the rest of the island easily accessible by bike or car. We kept our boat at the dock. The location on the canal gives great access to the bay and all points beyond at all tides. The owners were great to work with and responsive to any questions we had. Thanks again!
