"A Taste of Charleston on the Isle of Palms"
This extravagant brand new construction home on the Isle of Palms is luxurious in every way and has spared no expense for our guests. This 2009 new construction comes with a dual infinity pool and kiddy pool, over 200 sq ft of granite and custom wood top countertops, all Sub Zero and Bosch appliances, flat screen TV's in every room, and an upstairs loft complete with a luxury pool table, flat TV, wet bar, and over-sized top-floor deck with panoramic ocean and beach views. This home was designed and built with the Isle of Palms VIP guest in mind. Several decks off the back of the home furnished with black wicker furniture, a gas grill and rocking chairs overlook the infinity pool and ocean. Each of the six bedrooms is professionally decorated and equipped with ceiling fans, flat TV's, and luxurious Egyptian cotton linens.
The living area has a large flat TV, plenty of seating in a dual sectional couch, and open floor plan that joins the dining area and gourmet kitchen. The dining table will seat at least 10 guests, while there are another 5 seats on the long granite breakfast bar. This kitchen is to absolutely die for. It has over 200 sq ft of luxurious counterspace, a Sub Zero refrigerator, Dual Bosch ovens, a Bosch dishwasher, a walk-in pantry, and every appliance and cooking utensil needed for a perfect IOP vacation. The sixth bedroom with a queen sleeper and twin daybed, can also double as a separate living area for children.
On the top floor of the home is a large billiards area with a flat TV, and wet bar. This loft is open and looks into the main living, dining and kitchen areas of the second floor. This area also steps out onto an incredible porch that has the best views of the island, beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. Other amenities in this home include a Ping Ping table in the garage, hardwood floors throughout, over-sized Bosch front end loader Washer/Dryer, High-speed wireless internet, heated infinity pool with kiddy pool, 350-count Egyptian cotton linens, brand new furnishings throughout this brand new home located less than 75 yards from the beach.

A true South Carolinian, Marcia is from Greenville SC and has been in the Charleston area for over 25 years! She began hospitality right out of college as the Front Desk night manager at the Waccamaw House in Litchfield, SC. She and her late husband, John, ran Sewee Coastal Methodist Retreat Center in Awendaw, on the Intercoastal waterway while raising their four children. Marcia joined the Beachside Team 2012.
1. Enjoys the peace and moss draped serenity of the walking trails in Palmetto Islands County Park. Palmetto Islands County Park is located in Mt. Pleasant and also offers the areas only water park in addition to miles of walking trails. 843-406-6950.
2. Walking the beach from Breaches’ Inlet to the opposite end of Sullivan’s Island at Charleston Harbor.
3. Sunset cruise on the Palmetto Breeze. The Palmetto Breeze is the ultimate sailing catamaran docked in Shem Creek. They offer dolphin sails, tours of the historic Charleston Harbor and sunset sails. 843-886-8133.

We had a wonderful trip to the Isle of Palms! We really enjoyed our stay at 130 Charleston Blvd and would definitely stay at this property again in the future. The property was top notch and the ocean view was beautiful. We loved the pool and hot tub as well!
Something for everyone in our multi-generational family. Great pool, great views, very short walk to beach, elevator for grandparents, well equipped and well managed.
What a nice home. The location was great as well. All you need in a vacation home and more. Make sure you take in Pearlz downtown Charleston.
Wonderful house in a perfect location -- quiet and beachy, but easy access to Charleston, Patriot's Point, and the amenities of Mt. Pleasant. The house is open, bright and spacious; nicely finished, beautifully furnished, and well-maintained. Plenty of room for everyone and the elevator made it easy for our older family members. Very clean and well managed. Now if y'all could just do something about the weather. . . .
