Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, With a queen sleeper in the living room (Sleeps 6)
Come enjoy this sunny ground level condo, just one block off of Frisco's Main Street, yet nestled in the trees on Ten Mile Creek. This is more of a second home that I would like to share than a rental. It is well appointed with many extras such as original art, furnishings and accessories that you would find in your home not a rental.
The unit is walking distance to bike trails, Lake Dillon and a short drive to six of Colorado's Ski Resorts. There is a free shuttle service that picks up on Main Street near the complex that services most of the resorts. Relax and swing in the hammock nestled among the pine trees or enjoy the shops, dining and four season's of outdoor activities.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a jetted tub, Flat Screen TV with DVD player, I-pod player, CD player and humidifier. You might be tempted to never leave. The second bedroom has a Queen with TV /DVD player CD player and a humidifier.
The unique windows allows incredible light with privacy through the unit. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.
The living room has two sofas (one is a queen sleeper) a rustic rocking chair, TV with surround sound, I have provided a WII that allows access to Netflix as well as some video games. There is an acoustic guitar for those who can play or are trying to learn.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and every appliance you would need - from a quick snack to a fine dining experience. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have nice views of Ten Mile Creek and the relaxing sounds weave there magic through them.
This condo is the closest to the creek in the complex as well as the clubhouse, where a relaxing hot tub will greet you. There is also an exercise room with sauna as well as other amenities available to you.

About Bobby Hill
I purchased the unit as a second home, but we share it through rentals and our friends. We enjoy hiking, biking and skiing and can do all of them from the Frisco area.
Bobby Hill purchased this Condo in 2004
Why Bobby Hill chose Frisco
Very private location, but just a block away from Main Street, close to all the resorts and the lake.
Pool / Spa
Local Services & Businesses
Sports & Adventure Activities
Our home away from home
this is our third time at the condo. our family loves spending spring break here. great location, great layout, great experience. thank you!
Perfect get-away location
What an amazing stay! It's like walking into a home rather than a rental unit. The items that I loved most were: location, walking distance to Main Street, Frisco; access to all major ski resorts (Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail); well appointed kitchen (they even have a waffle maker!); comfortable beds; and great technology at watch March Madness. Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend away!
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property. The location is great for access to Main Street’s restaurants and shopping, no need to get back in the car after skiing. We always travel with our dog, and the 1st floor location is handy for letting the dog out back for the quick late night or early morning potty break. Poop bags are supplied near the clubhouse in case you forget to put one in your pocket before heading out the door. The unit is comfortably furnished and well stocked. I love the art work! It has a different flair from the typical mountain decor. There is a nice drop zone near the front door for boots, cats, and leashes.
Our home away from home....love Frisco and this condo on the river
We will be back! Highly recommend!
Great property; but dangerous during winter
This is a lovely property stocked with everything you could possible want. We loved the location for skiing at Copper. The beds are all very comfortable. The sofa bed needed cleaning underneath, but otherwise very well maintained.
Here's the problem: we were awoken in the middle of the night to the terrifying sound of an explosion. A massive block of ice (about 18 x 12 inches) had fallen 2-3 floors, crashing through the skylight over the master bedroom bathtub, shattering glass all over the tub area and into the bedroom. A person in the tub would have been killed. We later learned this had happened in the other bedroom and at two other condos in the same property over the last couple years. We were up for over an hour, clearing ice, snow, and glass from the edges of the tub (trying to protect the walls and wood for the owner) and picking up glass in the bedroom and bed. We were left with a hole in the ceiling for the night. Before going back to bed at 3:00 a.m., we sent the owner photos and an email explaining what happened and asking that he have someone clean it up after 7:00, as we were hoping to get a bit more sleep before our first day skiing. For the next hours, we awoke on and off as snow and ice melted through the hole, dripping into the tub, and bits of glass fell into the tub. At 6:30, I awoke frightened to find a man sticking his head through the hole in the ceiling. I yelled at him to get out. Turns out he was the maintenance guy, showing up early. He cleaned up the glass from the outside and put a board over the hole. I checked email and found the owner, Bobby, had written us a short message saying he'd have it cleaned up. There was no "I am so sorry! This is terrible" which surprised us. I would have been horrified if this had happened at my property. Bobby called in the morning and then did show the appropriate sympathy and apologies for what happened. It was a terrifying experience that left us jumpy for days and put a serious dent into our first day of skiing.
For those considering staying here, a few suggestions: if coming in the spring, summer or fall, no worries. Have a great trip. It's a beautiful place. If coming during the winter, do not use the tub in the Master bedroom and do not use the guest bedroom, as the bed is right below the skylight and therefore in a dangerous position. Overall, I found Bobby a nice man. This is not about him but about safety.
As a homeowner, when you receive an email that has adversely impacted guests and our condo, my first response is to fix it or get the ball in motion to make sure it is resolved. The email in question was received February 10th and upon review, I called the property manager at 5:30 a.m. as well as the HOA to make sure someone would be at the condo to assess the situation and to clean up the mess to minimize any inconvenience. I apologize if that action wasn't received as empathetic but being miles away, there was nothing I could personally accomplish beyond getting it addressed. As the day progressed and the cleaning crew came in and removed any debris and sealed the hole, the email that was received is very different than what the tone of the review posted here. Their email stated, "We had a great ski day. Sunny. Plenty of snow. No crowds." Based upon that exchange and others during the day, I agreed this was nothing more than a freak event (the term they used earlier in the day) and that a good day on the slopes would be the perfect elixir. In addition, the fact that I have to respond to a review close to two months after the event on a public forum rather than having a discussion to outline the steps taken to place her fears to rest is disconcerting.
I have been diligent in reviewing this with the HOA and property management company to correct the issue behind the snow and ice buildup from the roof and it will be corrected this spring to prevent this from happing in the future.
As for the renters experience I apologize for the disruption and inconvenience the this caused.
Very good apartment as well as location within walking distance of restaurants ion Frisco.
Very well put together ground floor apartment. Easy in/out and comfortable furniture. Can't think of any improvements to suggest. Enjoy!
