Come enjoy this sunny ground level condo, just one block off of Frisco's Main Street, yet nestled in the trees on Ten Mile Creek. This is more of a second home that I would like to share than a rental. It is well appointed with many extras such as original art, furnishings and accessories that you would find in your home not a rental.
The unit is walking distance to bike trails, Lake Dillon and a short drive to six of Colorado's Ski Resorts. There is a free shuttle service that picks up on Main Street near the complex that services most of the resorts. Relax and swing in the hammock nestled among the pine trees or enjoy the shops, dining and four season's of outdoor activities.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a jetted tub, Flat Screen TV with DVD player, I-pod player, CD player and humidifier. You might be tempted to never leave. The second bedroom has a Queen with TV /DVD player CD player and a humidifier.
The unique windows allows incredible light with privacy through the unit. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.
The living room has two sofas (one is a queen sleeper) a rustic rocking chair, TV with surround sound, I have provided a WII that allows access to Netflix as well as some video games. There is an acoustic guitar for those who can play or are trying to learn.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and every appliance you would need - from a quick snack to a fine dining experience. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have nice views of Ten Mile Creek and the relaxing sounds weave there magic through them.
This condo is the closest to the creek in the complex as well as the clubhouse, where a relaxing hot tub will greet you. There is also an exercise room with sauna as well as other amenities available to you.
I purchased the unit as a second home, but we share it through rentals and our friends. We enjoy hiking, biking and skiing and can do all of them from the Frisco area.

Very private location, but just a block away from Main Street, close to all the resorts and the lake.
Thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at your condo in Frisco, Colorado this past August. The 1st floor unit was great for easy loading and unloading, as well as, multiple trips to the creek, just steps outside the back door. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The Sonos sound system, big screen TV, and BBQ pit were wonderful, too.
We look forward to returning again.
We have stayed in this unit on 6 separate occasions dating back to 2005. The location is great. Unfortunately, the unit is showing its age and is no longer the gem it once was. We have experienced consecutive visits in which the hot tub was not functioning. Additionally, instead of replacing the master bedroom mattress, the owner elected to go with an inappropriately sized and quite uncomfortable mattress topper. Lastly, the refrigerator freezer door does not open all the way - it is impossible to pull out the ice bin. We will be looking for a more updated and better maintained alternative for future visits.
This was a great place to stay with our dog. The condo is an easy walk to downtown Frisco. The 2 designated parking spots were great. It is well appointed and comfortable. We will certainly try to rent it next time we are in Frisco.
The property is clean, well appointed, conveniently located to all activities. This is our second time at Bobby's condo and we will be back.
Bobby was very accommodating as we booked last minute. Condo was roomy with plenty of space for everyone.
The property was clean and well-kept. Frisco has great shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities and all were accessible from this property. When there was a question, the owner promptly returned my phone call and was very easy to talk to about the issue. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and would definitely stay again.
