Our luxurious townhouse condo features 3 levels of living space with a downstairs full suite. Located at Timberline Lodges, right on West Mountain, it overlooks picturesque Bigelow Range and Crocker Mountain. There is a complimentary Shuttle Bus which runs daily and picks up at entrance. The condo is within walking distance to the West Mountain chair lift.

Sugarloaf Details: Sugarloaf Mountain is the highest elevation in the area. It features activities for the whole family, to name a few: turbo tubing, snowboarding & skiing, fitness, bonfires, fireworks/torchlight, ice hockey, health clubs, snowshoeing and plenty of shopping and dining. At 4,237 feet Sugarloaf is Maine's highest ski-able peak with 54 miles of trails, total of 15 ski lifts, 200 inches of average snow fall with 95% snow making coverage.

Our home away from home: Our home away from home is warm, toasty, romantic, centrally located to all restaurants, shops, events and other attractions, on beautiful West Mountain. Enjoy all the winter activities available or snuggle and get cozy in front of the stone fireplace.

About Gary Gillespie

We have been Mainers our whole lives and love the Carrabassett Valley retreat that we had built and purchased. We currently live in Scarborough, Maine and enjoy our beaches, lighthouses,Old Port Area shopping districts and the many fine restaurants that Portland offers. We are at the point in our lives where we crave the Winter warmth and sunshine in the Caribbean, Arizona & Florida during the Maine winter months.

That said, we are now renting our little piece of paridise during the winter ski season for our guests to enjoy. Sugarloaf Area is the finest ski resort in the Northeast and we have enjoyed many years of cross country and downhill skiing. Gary has been a 'Sugarloafer' since 1971 and will never forget his high school skip days when the mountain is covered in fresh snow and just 'Had to Go to the Loaf '.

Our Summers are now vacations at our condo in Carrabassett Valley where we enjoy the many natural gifts that the area offers. ( Hiking, Kayaking, Fishing, Biking, Running, Hometown parades and festivals)

Sugarloaf area is a 4 Season resort and only a 3.5 hour drive to Quebec City and Montreal, Canada .

We are the first owners and selected the best building lot of Timberline Lodges. Our unit selection now enjoys an unobstructed view of Crocker Bowl and Bigelow Range from our rear deck, living room and master bedroom. Our back yard terrain slopes downhill to the South Branch of the Carrabassett River. The Spring melt off creates a roaring river which is a very pleasing sound of nature as we drift off to sleep.

Wildlife is all around us and the sounds of darkness become alive while we enjoy sunsets towards Bigelow. We absolutely love our property and is a natural fit for all of our special guests.

What makes this condo unique

In Winter, the finest skiing in the East is right outside our door. Mountainside shuttle transportation provides easy access to the base lodge in a few short minutes without the hassle of parking. In these months, Sugarloaf becomes a small town in itself and is truly fun, alive and well !

Our cozy unit is always warm with our fireplace, fine wines, great friends and family. We invite you to share our 'little piece of heaven'.

We are situated on the quiet side of the mountain where our sleepy hollow neighborhood resides. Our neighbors are wonderful and most condos are shared by friends and members of all ages within their family tree.

Lovely!

We spent a long weekend here and it was lovely. The condo has that "brand new" appearance with very tasteful decor. It's spacious, yet cozy and very well stocked. Cable and Wi-Fi work perfectly, and parking is right out the front door. The condo is off the beaten path, very quiet and peaceful; yet the shuttle takes you anywhere you need to go. The owner is very responsive and attentive. There are no negatives to this place!

Outstanding!!!

Stayed at this beautiful condo for an amazing ski weekend! We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of space for everyone to be incredibly comfortable. The bottom floor has a large bedroom/kitchenette living area as well as 3 good size bedrooms upstairs, all tastefully decorated. The main floor living area has a wonderful gas fireplace and cozy furnishings that make it relaxing after a day on the slopes! The kitchen was very well eqiupped with not only cookware but extras like cooking spray, foil, spices,etc.

Working with the owners Gary and Pricilla was an absolute delight as they were so friendly and gracious.

Having stayed at many ski condos I can say without reservation that this one is an absolute winner! We would love to come back again!

Fantastic spot. Great space for the long weeeknd with the two families - 4 adults and 3 kids total

Very clean, fully equipped. I might suggest upgrading the downstairs tv and upgrading to a full size keurig versus a single cup coffee maker but all minor things ! The west lift was not turning at all but guessing that was a result of weather. We did ski home all 3 days though. Love the Loaf and look forward to the return. Thanks again.

Best winter/summer family vacation spot

If you are looking for a cozy, convenient, relaxing setting for your ski or summer vacation, this is your spot! Our family of 4 (including 2 boys ages 4 and 6) could not have been happier at Gary and Priscilla's townhome. It's clean, cozy and has everything you could need. There is a convenient shuttle service to take you to the mountain. The owners are so nice and accommodating and readily available to answer any questions. We would love to come back ASAP!

We cannot say enough great things about our stays at Gary & Cilla's wonderful Timberline Townhouse. It is spacious, impeccably kept and very comfortable.
