This beautifully situated Vista condo provides all that you are looking for in a vacation rental and much more. Superbly maintained, all the details have been attended to and the quality is evident. Meticulously designed in a tropical theme with an exotic flair, this is a truly relaxing paradise with a front-row view of the deep blue waters of Anaehoomalu Bay.

Among the many items to enjoy in this unit are its wonderful collection of fine art; a magnificent master bedroom arrangement; and a solidly constructed lanai set including four nice lounge chairs facing the ocean view. Other recent improvements such as unique wallpaper, quality window coverings, luxurious bed linens and other items add the finishing touches. Extraordinary art and hand-selected decor pieces throughout the unit show an attention to detail.

This Vista A-floor plan model works perfectly for families or two couples with its larger kitchen, guest bedroom en suite, extra half-bath off the living area, and cozy entrance foyer. It is also well-suited for a romantic getaway for just one couple and has been a favorite destination of many honeymooners.

Fantastic Condo and fantastic management contact

  • 5 of 5

First my rental contact P (I cant say her name on here) was amazing. I am probably more difficult than most when it comes to making a decision on a vacation unit for my family 6000 miles from home. So, I had a lot of pre decision questions. P promptly responded to every one and was super patient with my process. Kudos to her big time!!!!!

Now on to the condo itself. When I saw the pictures the interior décor really stood out to me. It was different and definitely my taste. It has fantastic Grass Cloth wall paper which I have had in my own homes on several occasions and yes its coming back big time, and very nice looking professional appearing décor and pieces. Most units have drab painted walls with a neutral colour designed to not impede anyone's sense of taste but those are boring. As I clicked the pictures from room to room I liked the décor across the condo more and more. I looked at the Specs and found the condo large and the extra half bath for the living area is a great addition. The kitchen is spacious and full of cabinet space, containing more than adequate plates, glasses, utensils, all sorts of cooking appliances, pots and pans, containers and even an electric griddle. Don't forget the blender for those all important Pina Coladas... Top floor unit with tall trey ceilings, very large Lani wrapping around to the master bedroom and great views, inside and out. I especially like the view as a panorama. Watching the sun rise over the mountains to the left, watching the spray of sun as it lights everything in its path, catching the changing light and view as the day progressed and setting sun to the left. Each bedroom has an on suite which is fantastic, parking is immediately in front of the building and the elevator is a must at the end of a long day if your not 29 any more HAHAHAHA. I make this next note very positively. We had a couple very minor issues and they were promptly taken care of with ease and convenience. This is something l wish more reviewers would comment on. As a reader, this gives me confidence that the management company is there for the guest not just for $$$. This one was great. The pool was very nice and always had plenty of vacant chairs and very nice bathroom accommodations. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained and completely enjoyable every day. What a great place and again a fantastic agent. Updates and materials may change with time of course. We absolutely loved it 1000% and hope nothing changes. M

Nicely furnished and great location!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed every single minute at the Waikoloa Vista. The condo is on a top floor with a nice view to the landscaped gardens, the sea and Mauna Loa at the very far. It is on a corner, so it has two balconies, or lanais how they call them in Hawaii. We didn't rent a car for the first three days, and this turned out to be a great decision, because Waikoloa Beach was very close, just 15 minutes walking with the kids (3 and 7 years old). The condo has beach umbrellas (at least 2), chairs (3 or 4) and towels, so going there was easy. On the way back from the beach we typically walked by Queens market and got some groceries for the day. There is no heavy traffic and the whole Waikoloa Village is beautifully landscaped, so walking around was enjoyable. When we got our rental car, there was an assigned parking spot inside the gated property. Waikoloa beach is really nice for small kids, as there are no big waves and the water is crystal blue. Recommend to bring some rubber beach shoes for this beach because there are many rocks. Waikoloa Vista has its own swimming pool of a good size to do swimming laps and for the kids to play. There is also a gym that my wife got to use while there. The condo has everything you wish to find and the decoration is of good taste, a bit gear toward older people, but comfortable, clean and all appliances in good working condition. The administration of the condo is very professional, this was our first time at VRBO but had no questions after receiving a very complete package of how to get there, what to do and where to go for shopping, etc. I will try to go back again in the future, and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed vacation.

This condo made our trip wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

We arrived exhausted to the condo on New Year's Eve and opened to door to a delightful surprise. The condo is so spacious and beautifully decorated, with a double lanai that offered a wonderful open view. Everything was so well stocked and thoughtfully presented. It was nice to wake up to coffee on the 1st and not have to worry about going to the store when we arrived.

If you are one who uses the kitchen, this condo has a nice supply of cooking equipment and spices, oils, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Plenty of room in the pantry for our food and plenty of counter space for cooking. The lanai was perfect for when our family staying at another condo came by for meals.

The bed were super comfortable and the linens very nice. Ceiling fan made the air-conditioning unnecessary most nights.

When we arrived we found that there were some things we needed in the cupboards and drawers throughout the house. We found some some board games, a box of "readers" with glass cleaning solution, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach bags. We also found many guide books, including a WONDERFUL reference book that made a huge difference for our trip.

Hawaii is so expensive anyway, it was really nice to not have to spend money on spices, foil, and renting chairs, etc.

One more note. I made a request of the Property Manager who was able to help me out with a special request and was very gracious and helpful. I was in Hawaii for my mom's memorial service and found that I needed a few copies of the service instructions. I called the office to ask about a copy place and they offered their copier. I was able to use the computer and make copies in their business office. Again, a savings for me and a great convenience. I found the Property Manager very helpful and responsive through the entire reservation and rental process.

One note about the arrival. If you are coming in after the sun goes down, its very dark there. We used a GPS but could not find the physical address for the property. Plan ahead if you'll be coming late and make sure you have highlighted your course on the map or obtained the address for your GPS (this would be true for ANY of the condos in the Waikoloa area).

Lovely, Clean and Comfortable Condo

  • 5 of 5

We spent a week at this wonderful Vista Waikoloa Condo and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with upscale furniture. The wrap around lanai with a view of the bay was great. It's also very convenient, being so close to the Kings and Queens shops and restaurants. The property manager Peggy was terrific to work with too. We would definitely stay here again!

super location, lovely space

  • 4 of 5

We really liked the condo, and save for a squealing toilet, the unit suited us very well. Wish we had known the boogie board was in the closet before the last day! It worked very well for two adults and one child, providing all the amenities for a comfortable holiday.
