This 2 bed 2 bath condo has numerous amenities for your family for a fun filled vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks. Upon entry you will be greeted with a spacious living room with comfy seating and view of the main channel. The living room offers a sofa, love seat, ottoman, TV, and ceiling fan. The kitchen offers well stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare meals. Dining options range from an inside dinette set for 4, bar seating for 4 and outside balcony with seating for 6. Nothing better than relaxing for a meal or refreshment while watching the boats go by on the screened in balcony! The condo faces west with sunset views. The balcony is shaded by a beautiful tree so you can enjoy relaxing in the heat of the day. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a full wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. The master suite also has a private bathroom with tub/shower and separate vanity. The guest bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. Top bunk is for a young child only. Adjacent to the guest bedroom is a guest bathroom with a full size tub/shower. The condo is nicely decorated! There is a stacked washer/dryer available for your use. There is also a gas grill available right outside your front door.

The condo is one flight of steps up from the parking lot. It is conveniently located near the swimming pool at Bay Point. Bay Point is popular for being a smaller, friendly, family oriented condo complex. It is located at approximately the 9.5 mm of the main channel. It is in a residential area where you can relax to get away from it all, but also close to many activities and restaurants by car or boat. Their swimming pool sits out on a point boasting a wonderful deck and pool area with panoramic views of the main channel. There are boat slips of various sizes available to rent at an additional fee. There are four boat docks for fishing. We have a convenient office with regular hours on the same road as Bay Point where you will check in and pick up keys. Boat launch and trailer parking is available at the office location. We have other condos available to rent at Bay Point if you are in need of additional space for family or friends.
