Lakeview is a bustling and diverse neighborhood located on the North Side of Chicago. It is bordered by Lake Michigan to the east and stretches west to Ravenswood Avenue, and from Diversey Parkway in the south to Irving Park Road in the north.
The neighborhood is known for its vibrant nightlife, bustling shopping districts, excellent dining options, and proximity to Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs. It is also home to several music venues, including the Metro and the Vic Theatre, which attract big-name acts and up-and-coming artists alike.
Lakeview is also home to numerous parks, including Lincoln Park, which is one of the largest parks in the city and features a zoo, a conservatory, and miles of walking and biking paths. Additionally, the neighborhood boasts several excellent schools, including Nettelhorst Elementary School, which is known for its strong academic program.
Lakeview is located on the North Side of Chicago and can be easily accessed from nearby airports and train stations.
If you are flying into O'Hare International Airport, you can take the Blue Line train to the Belmont station and transfer to the Red Line train heading south to the Lakeview area. If you are flying into Midway International Airport, you can take the Orange Line train to the Roosevelt station, transfer to the Red Line train heading north, and get off at one of several stations in the Lakeview area, such as Belmont or Addison.
If you are arriving at Union Station, you can take the Brown Line train at the Quincy station or the Red Line train at the Jackson station heading north towards the Lakeview area. If you are arriving at the Chicago OTC station, you can take the Brown or Orange Line train at the Quincy station or the Red Line train at the State/Lake station heading north towards the Lakeview area.
Alternatively, if you are arriving by car, Lakeview is easily accessible via Lake Shore Drive, which runs along the eastern edge of the neighborhood. There are also several bus routes that run through the area, making it easy to get around once you arrive.

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.

HOUSE RULES
We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.
- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
