Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas.

Very clean

Near pool hot tub, and BBQ stoves, the place is very clean and island decor ed. However since it is made of woods, I can hear neighbors running down the stairs

Condo great but manager not responsive

this condo is in line with most of the nicer condos in Maui Kamaole. Clean, great location. my only complaint: we called Vacasa's Maui office to state that we needed a can-opener and would like a light bulb for the lanai so we can sit our there when it's a little dark out. they were friendly and said they were on the case but we never saw a can-opener or light bulb and had to buy both at the store. Same thing happened last Vacasa trip to Maui Kamaole - never resolved the problem

Nice except for cockroaches

We would have been perfectly happy with this stay except for the cockroaches and the local management's handling of the situation. We loved the quiet location, the beach equipment, and quality of the furnishings of this rental. The property description did say cockroaches were possible, so we expected to see 1 or 2 over the course of our 5-night stay (It's a ground floor unit in a tropical climate). Instead, we saw 5 alive (including one on our towels towards the end), and 2 dead after local management put out poison traps. By the end of the week, we had seen them in every room of the unit despite never eating there. The $300 compensation we received did not make up for daily roach killing, daily phones calls to management, and the risk of contaminating our home upon our return, but it was the best they would offer. We cannot recommend this unit or any others managed by Vacasa.

Cozy, Simple, Clean Condo

Had a great stay here with my wife and father in law. Simple cozy stay with basic amenities. The only things were the pull out couch being a very uncomfortable mattress for my father in law and the listed wifi password and name were different from the info on the modem but that wasnt a problem after figuring it out. Would definitely stay again for a week in Kihei.
