We are located in a very quiet neighborhood 1 1/2 blocks from the

beach, 2 blocks from the bay and across the golf course in the

prestigious A-zone of the island.

The house is located on a spacious corner property with plenty of

parking space in front of the garage and along the sidewalks.

In front of the house there is a large covered porch and a patio with outside

fireplace. Guests can relax here in the rainy or sunny days,

enjoying the view of beautifully landscaped garden

with the sprinkling system and unobstructed view at the green public


On the back of the house, in the fenced yard there is a deck,

outside shower with warm and cold water, grill and patio furniture.

Why Stan and Barbara Kepka chose Brigantine

The property was totally renovated by the owners after it was purchased in 2006. Then after a damage and flooding by Sandy the house was renewed again and everything, including floors, kitchen cabinets and appliances was replaced. It is more beautiful and comfortable and now it has a central air. In spring 2015 the house was elevated and it gained 2 beautiful decks and additional (4th) bedroom. The patio with the outdoor fireplace was rebuild and provides additional space for dining and entertaining.

What makes this house unique

Visitors and owners enjoy the outside covered porch with a nice garden in front (sprinklers are installed and working!). There is lots of storage in the house and in the garage. There are 4 parking spots in front of the garage (on the property), and additional street parking available . Back yard is fenced and includes summer furniture, the grill, and outdoor shower with warm and cold water.

Great Family vacation

The house is as advertised, loved the location, walked my dog to the beach every

morning, and every late afternoon the main deck. It was an awesome place for everyone to

hangout and would definitely go back to your house, thanks Stan and Barbara

Ladies Annual Beach trip

The owners Stan and Barbara were wonderful to work with. The home was beautiful, clean, well maintained. The entire property was great! Few things that could use attention. Beds are very squeaky, new addition bedroom remains much hotter then rest of house and doesn't have a ceiling fan. Could use full lounger type chairs to lay out at the home if people don't want to be at the beach. Overall no major items to change. We will definitely rent this home again!! Thank you!

Owner's Response: Dear Sara, Thank you very much for your comments. We are continuously improving our property to make it most comfortable to our guests. In the following weekend we will be installing darkening blinds in the room above the garage. The blinds will also make the room cooler as they will block the sun. We are also considering installing ceiling fan. We were aware of squeaky beds, we will check them out and fix the problem. Thank you again, we hope to see you again! Stan and Barbara

Great Location

This was our first time visiting Brigantine and we fell in love. Perfect location only a block away from the beach. Great local food and shops nearby. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and clean for a low key getaway.

Very nice house. Clean and quiet. Beach access 2 blocks away. Garage stocked with plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrella. WiFi a little dodgy in parts of the house. Be forewarned: bring your own sheets and towels. Not provided by owners.

In all, a very pleasant little getaway destination. Owners are kind and flexible. Brigantine a sleepy little town. Not great if teenagers coming along. Not good spot if nightlife a primary consideration. Atlantic City and Ocean City both within 30 minute drive, though.

We had a fantastic time at this home! So did the pups! So will you!

2 blocks to the beach...or you can drive and always find a spot!

The kitchen is clean, new and roomy. We all loved congregating there.

Outside porch is a jewel

800 E Evans Blvd is located just two blocks from the beach. From Brigantine Avenue, make a left onto 8th Street North. Our house is on the corner property. It takes only 4 minutes walk to a beautiful, quiet newly-widened life-guarded beach and Brigantine Sea Wall (boardwalk). Walk only 1/2 mile to the famous Rod 'n' Reel Tavern (it never closes!), 3 blocks to Pirate's Den restaurant with excellent sea food, 1 mile to the Brigantine Links Golf Course, few blocks to the Brigantine Wildlife Refuge 1 mile to the Central Brigantine Shopping District (restaurants, grocery, CVS, Wawa, souvenirs), 1 mile to church, 3 miles to synagogue, 10 minute drive to Atlantic City casinos, entertainment, restaurants and shopping - Shop at the 'Walk'

Other Activities: Concerts, basketball, skateboarding park, mini golf, boating, shelling. We are 20 minute drive to Historic Smithville Village, 30 minute drive to Ocean City boardwalk, shopping, rides, arcades, 1+ hour drive to/from Philadelphia via A.C. Expressway 2+ hour drive to/from New York via Garden State Parkway & N.J. Turnpike
