About the property


The apartment has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and a five-door wardrobe with large mirror, a dining table for four and a sofa area with plasma TV. Due to the large curtains, the apartment can be easily and transparently darkened, so that you can fall into restful sleep.

The bright kitchen is equipped with a dreiflammigen gas stove with oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Pots, pans, dishes and cutlery are fully available.

The bathroom has a shower. Large and small towels are provided. A hairdryer is available.

The apartment is cuddly warm through the floors gas heating.


Towels and linen are included. An iron and ironing board are available. Garage and washing machine use are possible.

Covered bicycle parking space is available.

A folder with brochures and information material is ready for you.


From the windows of the apartments you see on the right the Market Church St. Benedikti and Marktkirchhof to just allows you to see the grain market to the Bockstraße and left standing vis-à-vis a fountain. To the market place is about 100 m.

In addition to the house, Market Street 10, there is a small café. Links opposite has established the Asian restaurant "Golden Dragon" and on the Marktkirchhof see already the next German restaurant. On the market, 3 minutes walk, invite countless cafes and restaurants to linger.

Quedlinburg is located at the Bode in the Harz region of Saxony-Anhalt and is since 1994 on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.

The Collegiate Church and the Wiperti are Quedlinburg¿s stations (36) of the southern route of the road of romance.

Quedlinburg is one of the most picturesque towns in Germany, as it in. 2 World War I almost was no damage. Apart from the historical old town there are countless churches, museums and exhibitions. Quedlinburg can resin with up to the Brocken and explore without a car. The narrow gauge railway runs several times a day with real steam locomotives from Quedlinburg. In addition, the city tried with many events distributed throughout the year to entertain the guests.

Kommen wieder

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in der Altstadt. Hier wird sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt, selten so eine saubere Wohnung gehabt. Ein wenig hellhörig, aber das ist ja auch normal bei Altbauwohnungen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und ihr ist es wichtig, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Danke für Alles!

Ganz wundervoll!

Die Gegebenheiten und das Quartier entsprachen den Erwartungen aufgrund des Inserats absolut. Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig (wenn nicht gerade ein Fest auf der Marktstraße/dem Kornmarkt stattfindet - aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts; und der Gast kann sich online informieren).

Unterkunft sehr sauber und gepflegt, komplette Ausstattung hervorragend! Liebevoll (Bücher vorhanden) und sehr durchdacht (z. B. sogar Dinge wie Handbürste oder Haarwäsche zu finden), ausreichend Wäsche, Bügelgelegenheit abgeboten, Staubsauger ggf. nutzbar. Winziges Manko: das winzige Bad, für umfangreichere Personen schwer oder kaum begehbar.

Freundlicher Empfang und Einweisung durch den Vermieter top - incl. Vorstellung der Kontaktpersonen während der Mietzeit = ständig Ansprechpartner greifbar. Information zu sämtlichen technischen Geräten erfolgt, WLAN-Nutzung unkompliziert möglich, nachts abschließbarer PKW-Stellplatz vorhanden. Umfangreiches Informationsmaterial zu Quedlinburg und Umgebung, zu Kultur, Sport etc. durch den Vermieter bereitgelegt - wunderbar!

Weiterempfehlung läuft bereits ... (Günstig für Paare, zwei Freundinnen, Eltern mit kleinerem Kind.)

Besonders empfehlenswert für Kultur-Urlauber, Romantiker, Foto-Jäger: Theater gleich um die Ecke (in der Sommerpause 10 Wegminuten in der Stiftskirche), jede Menge Museen bzw. Ausstellungen, zahlreiche Kirchen (Konzerte u. ä.) in Laufnähe, Bahnhof + ÖPNV dto.; liebenswerte Lädchen und namhafte Verkaufsketten, unzählige verwunschene Eckchen mit zahllosen lohnenden Fotomotiven auf engstem Raum; viele Restaurants, urige Kneipen, schöne Cafés. Altes und Neues nah beieinander in gelungenem Mix, sowohl in der Stadt als auch im Quartier. Und in der Umgebung ebenfalls.
