In the middle of Central Switzerland is the Ägerisee - a place of peace and tranquility. The cozy and comfortably furnished holiday home is located in Oberägeri / Morgarten, a community that is on the lake. Immersed in unspoilt nature gets silence there again a very different meaning. Recreation seekers, couples and families to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Switzerland.

The detached house is situated in an elevated position Morgarten with great views. The access via a private road that ends in front of the house. It stands on a wooded creek on the outskirts of meadows and pastures.

The 3.5-room apartment offers a living space of 85 sqm lot of space for a relaxing holiday. The superbly equipped kitchen has an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a microwave. In the spacious dining area can accommodate up to 8 people. Comfortable it is when in the large living room (33m2) in the evening in the fireplace burns the fire and all guests have their favorite place found. Free internet is available, as well as cable TV and a DVD player.

The master bedroom has a double bed, small twin beds (space saving bed). In both rooms is plenty of closet space. As additional sleeping space can be in the living room the sofa into a comfortable queen bed transform (160x200). From the living room leads directly to the spacious patio with awning. More seats offer different views of the lake and mountains. A barbecue and sun loungers are available.

In the bathroom there is a large bath with shower attachment.

A true paradise is the Ägerisee for families with children, active vacationers, hikers and peace seekers. Excellent hiking trails allow long walks through the countryside. In the morning it is worthwhile to use the paddle boat out to go to the lake and watch the colorful birds in the reeds. Right next to the apartment there is a farm where the morning the fresh milk is brought. Also the way to the center of Oberägeri or Unterägeri is not far. There you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shopping and personal services.

Traumhaft schön

wir haben die Ferienwohnung für meine Tochter mit Ehemann und kleiner Tochter gebucht. Alle drei waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist sehr sauber, in der Küche ist alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Am besten ist der traumhafte Ausblick. Meine Tochter kommt mit ihrer Familie nur zu gerne wieder.

Was für ein Glück, das wir auf diese Ferienwohnung gestossen sind! Traumhafte Lage, der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich, es ist alles da, was es braucht, gemütlich und modern, wir haben uns wirklich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Location ist ideal, man ist schnell in Zürich, Zug, Luzern etc., von den regionalen Ausflugszielen ganz zu schweigen. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten oft draußen auf der Terasse in der Sonne sitzen, den Ausblick geniessen, Seele baumeln lassen... Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Soland und Frau Müller!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Wohlfühlen von Beginn an. Die Aussicht auf den See ist unbeschreiblich schön, die Region sowieso, und die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was es braucht, und ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft, wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten Sie Nachmittags gut geniessen. Ich bin froh, dass ich relativ kurzfristig dieses Juwel buchen konnte, und wir bedanken uns bei Frau Soland und auch bei Frau Müller ganz herzlich. Auf bald!

Lovely stay, beautiful views and apartment

We stayed here for a week while we visited our son in Zürich. It was a fantastic location, with beautiful views and very well equipped. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

The detached two-family house is located in beautiful house Aegerital in an agricultural zone near the forest and offers fantastic views of the lake and the mountains. The Aegerital has a long tradition as a health resort due to the pure air and the wind-protected location. If you are looking for rest and relaxation or enjoy walking, they're in Morgarten in the right place. The lake in summer reaches temperatures of up to 24 degrees, boats can be rented on site. A boat service runs several times a day around the lake. From Morgarten you can explore the Central Switzerland explore around Lake Lucerne, by car or on foot via the countless groomed trails. Lucerne can be reached in an hour by car. The nearby Hochstuckli is in summer and winter attractive with special outdoor activities for children. Beautiful cross-country trails are available in the vicinity of the nature reserve Rothenthurm or on the rates. On the website Aegerital saddle tourism you can orient yourself on the various leisure activities: www. http: // www. aegeritalsattel. ch / de / welcome. cfm. The house is reached via a private road, which terminates there. Snow clearance ensured in winter. In Oberägeri 5 km away are many shops and service businesses. After Oberägeri and train there is a bus every fifteen minutes.
