Pine Cone Ranch was the perfect Christmas getaway for our family.

  • 5 of 5

Carolyn and Tim have thought of everything to make their home comfortable. One we settled

in we didn’t want to leave. We were able to relax and enjoy a very special Christmas with our three young adult children. Thanks for the great memories Carolyn and Tim! Blessings to you!!!

Woodsy and cozy little cabin

  • 5 of 5

My family enjoyed staying here at the Pine Cone Ranch. The rooms were cozy and warm. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. As far as the train, we came prepared with ear plugs and a white noise player. We slept like babies. We live in a town with a lot of trains passing through, but I've never seen anything like the trains that go through Williams! Williams itself is a cute little town on Route 66. This house served as our home base while we explored Grand Canyon which is about 45 minutes away. It would get dark so early we never got home early enough to get to start a campfire. Great house!!

Perfect Location

  • 5 of 5

This VRBO is perfectly located as a base to explore the whole area. It takes 1.5 hours to get on the south rim of the Grand Canyon; offers many hikes in the forest areas around it; is close to the town of Williams; 1.5 hours to Sedona and 40 minutes to Flagstaff. It is nestled in a pine tree area which is private and relaxing. Other reviews have mentioned the train whistle noise. For us the train whistles which occur 24 hours a day add to the charm of this VRBO. This VRBO is well stocked with everything you need for cooking in. The beds are comfortable and the home is clean. There is an outside deck; an outside fire pit; a basketball hoop and an indoor fire stove. The owners have a sincere desire to make your stay exceptional. We had an issue which Carolyn responded to immediately and had resolution to very effectively and expediently. We highly recommend this VRBO! We definitely enjoyed our one week stay.
