Walking paths are accessible right from your door that connect you to the heart of downtown Victoria in 15 minutes or take you through Victoria's scenic upper harbour.
We have owned and managed this vacation rental since 2008 and it has evolved to become a fantastic place to stay and many of our clients return every year. We love to travel and have great adventures as a family. One of the things we enjoy most about traveling is cooking and eating together. Being able to provide a great place for families and friends on an adventure in Victoria is a passion for us. We now manage vacation properties for for other amazing families.
The Owner purchased this townhome in 2008
We chose to buy this property for a vacation rental because of the cutting edge environmental design of the project and the amazing location. The community that is being built as part of a ten-year project has achieved the highest environmental awards in North America. The location is on the harbor in Victoria, but away from all the traffic noise of downtown and the float-plane traffic of the inner harbor.
This home is located in a community of environmentally conscious development. The spirit and beauty of the area are a unique gift to all that stay here.
Geoff/Jody have a fantastic property which suited our needs and more. My girlfriend and I were traveling with our two french bulldogs. The communication and instructions for the property were clear and concise.
When we arrived we had no hidden surprises. Everything was as advertised and more! The location can accommodate 4 people very comfortably. One thing that we found extremely convenient was their parking spot. It is literally located right outside the front door. There is another man door across which leads directly to the underground parking garage. Your parking spot is behind that door. This made unloading and loading luggage a breeze.
The property is quiet and clean! The location is perfect especially if you do not want to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown. It's situated just outside the downtown core. Getting to downtown is also a breeze and is a short walk across the Johnston St. bridge. There is a lot of greenery around and a park a block away to run your dogs. Save on foods/starbucks/spinakers (liquor store) is also a block away. Just outside your back patio is a few steps to a local coffee shop (Fol Epi). They have fantastic pastries/sandwiches/snacks among a good selection of gourmet imported coffees. Right beside is a bike rental shop. It's situated well as you can ride down to the walk way which wraps around the scenic waterfront! Being a little outdoorsy and having two dogs, this was the perfect location!
Inside the property you will find all your necessities. The Master bedroom is a good size. There is a en-suite bathroom with a large soaker tub with adjoining shower. Attached to that is a very large walk in closet.
One thing to mention is that the central heat/cooling might be hard to operate. It can be confusing if you've never used that type of system before. Also if you are staying long term and need to use the washer/dryer they are a bit dated and might be hard to use as well, if all you've used are newer model washer/dryers. However, I must stress that none of these were issues for us during our stay.
All in all we were very comfortable during our stay and will sure to be back once the opportunity arises! Thank you Geoff and Jody for the memorable weekend and experience!
The property was well located near the center of the city. We very much enjoyed our stay. We had two minor problems upon arrival but the owners were very prompt in correcting the problems. We would definitely stay there again.
The condo worked very well for our week in Victoria. Great location, just an easy walk to downtown and other amenities. Convienent and secure parking made loading and unloading easy. The condo is modern and comfortable. There was just the two of us but it could easily accommodate a second couple or family. Geoff and Jody were very professional, dealing immediately with any concerns. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting beautiful Victoria.

This two bedroom condo was very comfortable and well-equipped. We especially appreciated all the baby gear, as we had a two-year old with us. The location is great- downtown within walking distance and an excellent coffee shop and bakery just a few steps away.
The only reason I can't give a five star rating is due to the construction just across from the back patio. It's incredibly noisy during the day. However, that will only be temporary; if you're in town all day, you wouldn't be bothered by it.
Communication from the hosts is very clear and directions for the condo are also detailed, so I appreciated that very much as well. A great place to call home when visiting Victoria!
Our family of four stayed here for just under a week, and we enjoyed every moment. It's wonderfully situated, an easy walk across the bridge into downtown Victoria, and with a lovely coffee shop steps from the back door. The grocery store is just across the street, as is a fantastic little taco shop. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well supplied. Jody and Geoff were easy to work with and quick to respond to all communications.
