Perfect for downtown Havre de Grace

  • 5 of 5

Couldn't ask for a better location to access downtown Havre de Grace and waterfront. Really enjoyed the nearby Tidewater Grille. The property is very nicely kept up and has that century old charm with radiator heating and such. The shower curtain around the jetted tub was not worth troubling with to take a shower so we just used the tub for baths and the shower in the basement for showers. Traffic on the facing street is a little noisy during the day, but is very quiet at night.

Better than Vacation!

  • 5 of 5

Melania's home is beautiful and was the perfect size for my bridal party during their stay from all across the US! I was somewhat worried about the bathroom situation with 6 girls in the house, but we had no issues with a full shower in the basement, bath and shower on the second floor, and restroom on the first. Her kitchen is beautiful and her home was perfectly cool during the hot and muggy summer days. We all loved sitting on the veranda to watch the evening rain drops dance across the front trees.

Beautiful, Clean House

  • 5 of 5

We had a fantastic time at the house. The location was great! Our only minor complaint was the kitchen did not have as many gadgets as we had hoped which wouldn't have been a problem if we had know in advance to bring a few more things with us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week when our son got married at Stepping Stone Farm. The house was very inviting, clean, & roomy - a great place for wedding preparations and for the gathering of family members & friends. One of our daughters made the wedding cake so we needed to find a rental that had an updated kitchen with room for her to work - this was perfect! The bedrooms were large with comfy beds and there were ceiling fans in each bedroom in addition to the central air conditioning which made the house very comfortable since it was still quite hot in September. The bathrooms were also very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the wrap-around front porch for relaxing and visiting. Melania was easy to work with throughout the rental process and even checked in with us while we were staying there to make sure things were going smoothly. The house is located on a one-way street with parking in the driveway as well as lots of available parking in front. It is within walking distance to downtown and the water. We will definitely consider staying in this beautiful home again if we are in the Havre de Grace area and need a large comfortable rental home.

Seniors travels

Quaint place with tasteful decorations. No frills, but clean with the basics in the kitchen and comfortable beds. It has two bathrooms - but one is up with the bedrooms, the second shower is in the basement - quite a few narrow steps. The living room only has room for 4 - no couch. The town is delightful with plenty of good restaurants. And you are close to train station for D.C. Or N.Y. Trips.
