In the first Floor of the apartment building is your apartment.

It is located in a central, popular and quiet area. On 53sqm of living space, it offers enough space for 5 people. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (2x2 m) another single bed (90x200) available. The small bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (160x200) in Senior level.

The elegant living room with leather furniture, white tiled floor, segmental arch windows and a large flat screen can experience the stay very pleasant. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with 4-ring hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, blender, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine etc ...

Extensive crockery equipment is self-evident.

To which a bathroom with shower and toilet one of them.

This property is a Non smoking apartment;

Pets are not allowed.

In the service charge bedding, towels and tea towels are (beach towels please bring your own) and included the final cleaning.

Eine sehr schöne, komfortable Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Sie ist auch für 5 Personen ausreichend groß und sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Vom Wohn-Esszimmer aus hat man einen guten Blick auf den hauseigenen Spielplatz, sodass auch kleine Kinder mal alleine rauskönnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wirklich ganz in der Nähe, und auch zum Strand geht man nur wenige Minuten.
