Well stocked, beautiful rustic feel yet totally modern cabin home.
Our group had a fantastic time here. The house was really well stocked which made cooking and serving meals for a large group really convenient. Hot tub was fantastic for star gazing and soaking after a day of hiking. While it is located in a cul de sac with neigbors, the location to big sky is great and we saw deer, fox, chimpmunks, birds from the deck as well as beautiful mountain views. Saw a moose in the mountains above while horse back riding. Comfortable beds and seating throughout the house. Management company was very good - kids loved their backpacks! A great stay overall - hope to be back soon!

This house was the perfect place for our families. It had a very homey feel, and our grandchildren had the experience of a fox sitting on the deck every day, which was delightful. The large table gave us the perfect game spot every night. It was very quite and we loved it. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. The two bedrooms up stairs gave you the privacy you needed at night if you were tired and didn't want to enjoy game time. If I am every back up in this part of the US I will surely be staying in this VRBO again!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.-Charlene Wilson, June 2017

Excellent property - very clean, well-maintained and cozy but not at all cramped. We have used dozens of rental properties over the years and the management company here was clearly the best - super attentive and very helpful.
Our family ski vacation at Big sky and Cheif Gull was wonderful. The house was well supplied and had all the amenities we could ask for. The management staff was extremely responsive. The house exceeded our expectations and is a true ski-in ski-out. This property is perfect for families or an adult getaway. I would not hesitate to book this house again.
Great Super Bowl Weekend
Our stay at Chief Gull 5 was perfect. Many extra features that made us feel right at home. Great access to the lifts and the trail behind the house was perfect for our grandkids to sled down. I would highly recommend this property.
Spacious and comfortable
Four guys lodged at this house in late Feb 2012 and found it to be spacious and comfortable. The pictures shown fairly represent the unit. The ski in/out is via a residential chair lift and return trails which are rough in places but better than driving and parking. Backing out of the garage down the snow-packed driveway was exciting. The garage could use some ski racks inside. The lodging managers met us at the unit for an orientation, which was a nice service. I would definitely stay there again.
Winter: Big Sky Resort offers 5,800 acres of ski-able terrain! If this is not your style, we also have options including cross country skiing, Yellowstone park tours, dog-sledding, and more!
