Comfortable, spacious and convenient!

  • 5 of 5

We came as a family of 3 staying here for 6 nights and it was a wonderful experience. With a 6-year-old young child, the unit is spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything we need as a family (especially love the super efficient nice washer and dryer that made our family travel so much easier, only wish the laundry basket could be a little more sturdy :)). The description and photos of the listing are accurate. The interior is well-appointed with eye-pleasing neutral modern tone. We arrived after midnight due to flight delayed and we couldn't access the unit because the access code wasn't working. We had to check into a hotel because it was nearly 2 am. We never had experience like this so we were a little disappointed and wondered how quick the owner could respond. Out of our relief, Ian promptly responded the next early morning when we were still in bed at hotel. He was very apologetic and kindly explained and took care of everything in no time. We were impressed by how he took care of this isolated incident with good sense of responsibility, efficiency and hospitality. The onsite parking with a little extra $10 per day really worth it, would recommend it as street parking is hard to find. One more thing, don't miss kayaking, Museum of Flight (reserve at least 3 hours) and Gates Foundation. And if you are chocoholic like us, don't ever miss "Hot Cakes molten chocolate cakery" (a location close by the apartment). Everything is heavenly yummy! Overall, the great location, spacious homey comforts (have I mentioned how quiet it is at night! ) and a responsible attentive friendly owner make this apartment a true stellar! Highly recommend!

Convenient location to explore Seattle

  • 5 of 5

This apartment sits in a great location. Within 2 to 4 blocks, about 5 min walking, there are restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, bus stops, and a light rail station. The buses and light rail can conveniently take you to the airport, downtown Seattle, University of Washington, and many other places. Ian was very helpful to let us know how to get to the apartment from the airport by light rail. We've stayed there for three days and visited many places without even needing a car. The apartment was clean and has enough space for 3 of us staying comfortably.

Ian is very easy to work with. He refunded our security deposit promptly on the same day we checked out.

Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day stay at this property while helping our son get settled after a cross-country move. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities that were promised. They even provided some kitchen staples that wouldn't normally be expected (e.g., salt, pepper, napkins and ziplock bags). The owner welcomed us and shared great advice on how to view the fireworks on the 4th of July without getting caught in the crowds. His restaurant recommendations were spot on too! It is the perfect home away from home in a fun, vibrant community.

Comfortable place to stay in Seattle

  • 5 of 5

This apartment was great! Incredibly comfortable and accessible to many areas of Seattle. The listing description is accurate in regards to layout, location and amenities. There are grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops easily within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and the pics online are an accurate representation of the space. The only downside is there is limited channels available on the TV through xfinity.

I would recommend checking out many of the different craft coffee shops near this apartment.
