This Saratoga Springs townhouse in the popular Water's Edge development faces Saratoga lake and has fabulous views from all three floors with large windows to take advantage of the stunning lake views. Just six years old, this townhouse features a well designed kitchen enabling the chef to converse with guests, watch the sunset over the lake while creating a gourmet meal. The dining/living area has a contemporary Italian-designed dining table with room for 10, floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading to a spacious deck. The third floor has two guest bedrooms both with full beds, TVs and shared full bath as well as a master suite with brand new King-sized bed, full bath with large tub and separate shower, flat screen TV and DVD player and it's own private deck and spectacular views. The lower floor is furnished as its own separate suite with a Queen bed, leather couch, second couch with pull out sofa bed and full bath. The townhouse is an entirely wireless environment
We are married with one daughter and keep the townhouse to use for family to stay and to enjoy in the off-season. We live full-time in the City of Albany in a historic home and enjoy periodic weekends in the modern, open layout of the townhouse waking up to see the lake and a relaxing swim in the indoor pool. When we decided to rent the townhouse, it was with the philosophy that each guest will be treated like family and our hope is that our guests treat our home like they would their own. Most of our guests come back year after year to enjoy the lake, Saratoga and each other's company.

The most dramatic and unique feature of this townhouse is the floor to ceiling view of the lake from all three floors. There is nothing like waking up to dawn as the sun rises over the lake in the large spacious master bedroom or being able to watch the sailing regatta as you cook dinner. The open layout of the main floor and deck enables everyone to be with each other whether they are watching TV, surfing the web or cooking dinner. The use of the facilities from the private beach to the indoor pool makes staying at our townhouse more like staying at resort. The townhouse also combines the best of both worlds of a lakefront property while being less than 10 minutes from downtown Saratoga and less than 8 minutes the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
The unique benefits include use of the Water's Edge facilities including private beach, indoor pool and large outdoor pool in the summer, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball court and raquet ball court. The Water's Edge development is also made for walking, biking or running with sidewalks throughout.
What a magnificent spot! The view is spectacular. The townhouse is beautiful. We have had a wonderful reunion here and hope to visit again.
The townhouse is absolutely perfect in every regard. The view is absolutely amazing, there is TONS of space, the complex is great (indoor and outdoor pool, private beach, and jacuzzi) and the house is just in great shape. Went there for memorial day weekend with a group of friends and I can assure you the pictures don't do this place justice at all. It really is the perfect place to stay, no way in heck could you find a better house, location and overall deal. I will definitely be renting frm them again next year. Most importantly LISA is absolutely great. She was friendly, beyond helpful, and just such a great person she felt like a friend the moment we met. She really loves the property and her passion got me excited to stay there before I even stepped foot inside. Cliffside drive is the best place to stay n Saratoga, it's close to everything and really just a 10 across the board. I cannot wait to go back, it's a great place to relax and get some great sun and tons of fun.
We loved our recent stay at this townhome. Water's Edge is a wonderful community and the townhouse was beyond our expectations. It is very spacious with outstanding views. Great neighborhood for walking our dog and is maintained beautifully. Reasonable rental rates especially with everything that is included at Water's Edge. Very convenient location for access to everything in Saratoga. We will definitely be looking to rent this townhome again on our next visit to Saratoga. Highly recommend!
We called the owner with very short notice due to a sudden death in the family and found out we would have to bring our dogs on the trip as well. Lisa could not have been nicer or more helpful, and the kindness she showed to us in accommodating our last-minute need with several dogs was truly above and beyond.
The beauty of the home and the peaceful setting of the lake was far beyond what was expected. In short, the photos don’t do the home or the view justice and the home is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The extra-high ceilings and the huge windows on every level with sliding doors overlooking the lake makes it feel much larger than a typical townhouse. The open kitchen/dining/living area on the main floor has plenty of room for extended family to gather, and the warm gas fireplace was great to take advantage of in late January.
An extra family room with additional sleeping area and full bathroom in the lower level was a welcome bonus. There is also ample storage throughout the house and especially the lower level (helpful for heavy winter coats and boots and dog supplies, in our case). The neighborhood has sidewalks and is great for walking around; very dog-friendly.

This townhouse is located in the popular Water's Edge development only 2 miles from downtown Saratoga, the track and Saratoga National Golf Club, a very popular sport for weddings. Dogs may not be left in the townhouse alone for extended periods.
Payment of deposit and rental fee is required to confirm rental reservation. Payment of rental fee and deposit is done with two separate checks mailed to the owners with the signed lease. Deposit check is kept on file and returned when the townhouse is inspected and found to be in good condition after rental.
