Breckenridge Condo Rental Photos and Description

Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-9)

- With two separate master suites, this unit is perfect for a two family holiday.

- One suite has a king bed, the other suite has a Queen bed and a Full over Full Bunkbed. All mattresses are new this season and are very comfortable.

- Soak in one of the complex's hot tubs after a long day on the slopes or use the steam shower in the condo to relax at the end of the day.

- Use the full kitchen to cook up a gourmet meal or leave the cooking to someone else and walk to one of over 20+ restaurants less than five minutes away.

- Feel free to pack light and carry-on your luggage; we have the largest washer and dryer in Summit County in our condo so save the airline fees and ensure your bags make it to Breckenridge with you.

- Kid Friendly; we have a high chair/booster, pack and play, built in toilet/potty seat, and stroller ready for your use as well as some games and a few toys.

- Take a short walk to the Upper Valley Pool Complex and enjoy two huge outdoor hot-tubs, an indoor hot tub, and an indoor/outdoor pool heated to 90 degrees year-round.

You won't find a better deal on the mountain.

Jim and Jason have been friends and co-condo owners in Breckenridge since they met in the military in Colorado Springs in 2002.

Jason is a veteran of the Air Force and lives in Fort Collins Colorado. Jim is active duty in the Army and lives in Germany at this moment.

Why Jim or Jason chose Breckenridge Area

Having lived in and experienced Breckenridge for more than a decade both prior to starting families and now with several children apiece we understand the importance of amenities and location.

We have the best location in Breckenridge skiing, activities, and nightlife included. We are literally 100 yards from the Breckenridge main square and closer to shuttles and lifts taking you to anywhere on the mountain. Walk up the snow-flake lift in the morning, ski back to the condo on Four O'Clock run in the afternoon, hit the hot tub and then head out for dinner and a night on the town; never touching your car the entire day.

What makes this condo unique

Great location, floor plan and finishes!

I almost don't want to review this gem because I don't want other people to rent it! Went to Breckenridge on a golf trip with some of my friends. The location is great, walk to Main Street. The unit was clean and we loved the dual master layout. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook, which we did a few times. Highly recommend this place, just don't rent it when I want to go back to Breckenridge!

Perfect Property for proximity to everything!

We go on a guy's long weekend to Breck every year, and this property did not disappoint. This is one of the closest properties to downtown, and I'm sure easy to get to the ski lifts in the winter. Walk right across the street and after crossing the beautiful bridge over the Blue River you are in the heart of downtown. There is ample sleeping space in both bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms having a queen and a queen bunk (could sleep 5-6 in that room alone I think). The other bedroom is a queen or king as well. 2 big bathrooms that were plenty for 4 adults. The living room is well furnished with pull out couch, love seat and a lazyboy. They have a nice patio overlooking the hot tubs; the only issue we had was the grill not fully working to potential (we tried to cook some steaks on the grill and it never got truly hot enough to cook the steaks through). This could have been on us not knowing how to properly use the grill. Plenty of kitchen utensils to cook meals in the condo; we used them for one big dinner and two breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking about Breckenridge in any season!

Home Away From Home

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first! It's so comfy you feel like you are at home once you walk in the door. The beds are great, in fact I wish I had the king sized one at home. Sleeping in it I wake up without a backache which is rare for me! My grandson found the blocks right away and we loved the baby seat for the table. We did notice lots of other baby supplies in the closet but my daughter was in her own condo so we only needed the baby seat and toys for when they came over. The best place to get pizza is from Eric's Downstairs though you do have to go there to order to go since they don't deliver but it's worth it. This is also my grandchildren's favorite place to eat. The quality of our usual Windy City Pizza was poor this year so we won't be ordering from them again. There's a playground right by the river on Main St for the little ones. You can just walk to Clint's for a coffee, than sit on a bench on the plaza and enjoy the weather. It's just across the street from Park Place and across the bridge. We had a wonderful time and hated to leave. We are looking forward to our next vacation!

I thought it was a really good find

Visited Breckenridge in June. For a summer holiday the place was great. Lots of room and a really good layout for a family or extended group. Each bedroom had a good bit of privacy and the common space was roomy. Location was very good for getting around town. Comfortable and I would have given it five stars if it had a view of the mountains. No criticisms at all

Great ground floor (no stairs!!) condo with a great location! Just 300 yards to the Snowflake Lift and ski all the way home at the end of the day on the Four O'Clock Ski Run across the street. With an excellent central location in downtown Breckenridge, just one block off of Main St.; walk anywhere in town within minutes. Leave your car parked for the entire stay... you won't need it!
