This property is ideal for a vacation. The community has everything one could ask for. There is a swimming pool, tennis courts and multiple restaurants to choose from. There is also a large grocery store within the community if you would rather enjoy a quiet meal at home. There is a walking path for an evening stroll and a frozen yogurt shop along the way. In the summer, there are outdoor movies for the entire family to enjoy. We fell in love with this community because there is always something to do.
Lewes, which is located just 6 miles from the townhouse is a wonderful place to spend time at. It is the first town in the first state and the buildings demonstrate the love that the people have for their town. You can spend days just walking around the lovely area. The bay, located in Lewes, is a relaxing place to enjoy the sun and water. Also located in Lewes is the Cape May/Lewes Ferry which is a delight for the young and old--whether you want to do some shopping or go to the zoo.
We had a wonderful visit to lewes! The house was perfect for what we needed & so spacious !
We had a fabulous time at this townhome during our family beach week in Lewes. The house had everything we could possibly need and was very comfortable and spacious. Thank you for being so helpful and accommodating. We hope to come back again!
A great place in a fun location.
Loved the townhouse we rented . It was clean, bright, airey , well equipped and very comfortable. I felt like I was staying at a friends house.
They thought of everything: we never had to buy paper towels, bath tissue, kleenex or dish soap. We had a choice of "real" dishes and silverware or plastic ware for the beach. There were chairs and umbrellas and beach toys if you forgot yours ( or if one broke like one of our umbrellas did ). There was a full size washer/dryer and scads of hangers! The decor was cool and welcoming and so very beachey! 3 floors did not prove to be an issue as the house is carpeted and easy on the legs. We were right across the street from a lovely restaurant, and were a short walk to the pool; short drive to the beach. My friends and I agreed we would stay here again in a heart beat and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends/family. .
My family and I have stayed at this particular house for 3 years. The home is very warm and welcoming. The owners are wonderful to work with and get back in a timely manner to questions. We always know what's there, and what to expect which is comforting. It's located so close to many places of interest (the green turtle, food lion, a coffee shop that I walk to every morning, etc.). I had concerns at first about my two younger children since there are many stairs, but there is a gate provided to solve that issue. The only one thing that I wish were different would be a tv on the first floor since my children sleep in the large area where the tv is located. The enclosed outside patio is great, private, and relaxing.
Great location as it is close to both Lewes Beach, Cape May-Lewes Ferry, Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehobeth. The townhome is very clean and great space for large family with three bedrooms. Nice community pool close by. Great array of restaurants, grocery store right in the community.
