Cozy comfort and perfect city location!

  • 5 of 5

A friend and I spent several nights at this charming studio on Beacon Hill. The location was ideal for our visits throughout the city on foot and using the subway. We LOVED being in the heart of the city. The studio was gorgeous and perfect. We loved the personal touches and attention to detail throughout and the sunset views from the rooftop garden were breathtaking. I also loved the selection of books in Iwona's library (I actually wrote down a huge list of titles to find at my local library); we have very similar tastes in literature . :) All in all it was a most fabulous stay in one of my favorite cities. We did all the tourist stuff on the Freedom Trail, but also loved feeling like a local walking everywhere to shop and dine. Being runners, we also took full advantage of the close proximity to the esplanade and Boston Common for several morning runs. I didn't want to leave! One note about parking - we rented a car for several road drip day excursions and found the easiest and least expensive place to park was the underground garage at Boston Common.

charming studio

  • 5 of 5

Iwona was kind and responsive. The studio is very charming, centrally located and well equipped. Easy to walk anywhere. The previous reviewer is absolutely right about the beautiful tree outside the front windows. It's a quiet aerie.

Unfortunately, the weather was miserable so I was not able to use the roof deck - but I imagine it's a fabulous place for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Peaceful and Restful

  • 5 of 5

Our 4-night stay was wonderful - despite running a slower-than-expected pace for the marathon. Lovely tree outside the front windows, nicely decorated and furnished studio and in the best Beacon Hill location. Iwona was very helpful and we needed for nothing during our stay. Everything we required she already had in place; we will definitely stay again. (For marathon runners not as prepared as they should be note the stairs can be a challenge the day after ..)

Thank you Iwona!

Cozy Apt on Beacon Hill

  • 5 of 5

First, let me say that this apartment is so adorable! It is the perfect apartment for two people to share. It is also in a wonderful location. It is located right on Revere street in Beacon Hill...you could not get any better! Also, Iwona was a wonderful host to work with. We did have a couple of small issues pop up during our stay and she was so wonderful! She fixed them right away and was an absolute pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend this apartment. (Just be warned...it is a 4 floor walk up. We did not mind but it could get difficult for some)

Quiet and Comfortable

  • 5 of 5

Boston is a great town and the Sunny Inspiration on Beacon Hill is a great place from which to enjoy it. Located in a very quiet section of Beacon Hill it's a short walk to either Charles St. or Cambridge St. Restaurants are plentiful. Shopping, especially on Charles St, is plentiful. While the apartment is located on the 4th and top floor, is has five large windows, located on two sides, offering abundant light. Furnishings and appointments are very good. The bathroom is large (an uncommon luxury in a Boston studio apartment) featuring a window and, get this, a full size washer. Iwona is wonderful to work with. She's prompt and accommodating. An outstanding roof-top deck tops off this this fine place. Recommended.

A perfect place to stay in Boston!

  • 5 of 5

I travel for a living and stay in many different hotels, airbnb's, and vrbos. Iwona's place in Beacon Hill is by far one of the best places I've stayed in the past year. The location cannot be beat. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, warm and makes you immediately feel at home. The apartment's decor is really gorgeous and creates a relaxing enviroment. Since I was in Boston for work and not vacation, the apartment truly was a little sanctuary. There is nothing better than strolling into Beacon Hill at night. I stayed there 3 weeks and really didn't want to leave! The roof deck is amazing and in the weeks I was there, I never saw another person up there, so I had it all to myself! Iowna was very quick with responses and the booking, getting keys, etc. was all super easy. I would highly recommend!
