It offers a carefully renovated, super clean, sunny Kuschelnest for 2-3 people. Look for yourself! The kitchen from the living room is modern and leaves nothing to be desired, the open living-dining area is pleasant, bright and modern furnishings. The sofa bed in the living area provides ample space for a third Person (undressed: 140x200).

The former terrace of a cozy dining area was integiert is, glazed beautiful, the glass panels can be opened, so the entire living and dining area is in the warmer months under the motto: here is the 'Inside' to 'Outside'. Even the adjoining double bedroom and adjacent shower room 'en suite' has an incredible comfort, here you will not miss anything and feel super good! The apartment has been completely renovated and decorated and is a real cuddle nest for 2-3 people !!

The apartment is centrally located and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the Tramuntana mountains. The proximity to the port and adjacent sandy beach (approximately 100 m) with many restaurants, cafes, bars and all the shops for daily needs, is fantastic. You will miss nothing and certainly like to come back - 'repeat offenders' welcome ... :-) !!!

Our beautiful Seaview Apartment is located very close (about 200 m) to the sea and beach, restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores everything about 100m away and still quiet!

You can go from Port de Sóller by train or bus to Soller, Deija, Valldemossa or Palma. An incomparable view awaits you in this beautiful apartment.

You will enjoy this look.

Notes:
The wonderfully bright, cheerful, sunny living room with integrated kitchen has become a wonderful room after the renovation because the former terrace has been glazed, so this area is to be used in all seasons and protected from wind and even in the rain. The air conditioning in all rooms provides in the summer for a comfortable room temperature. Our guests will find themselves feeling well!

Seaview and good view of harbour and park

This apartment was in a good location in relation to harbour, beach (10 minutes walk), bars and restaurants. Overlooks park, bay and harbour.

Port de Soller has a very relaxed atmosphere. No loud music blaring from bars, no touts selling illegally and little traffic. Ideal if you like sitting on the beach and reading a book.

Apartment is in good conditions with all facilities as advertised.

It is not easy to find from the road, so you have to be dropped off at Port Soller Hotel. The steps from the road down (more than 40 steps) were rather difficult with a large heavy suitcase. Alternately drop off at No.4 the small supermarket at the road junction/car park and climb the 90 steps to the apartment) For the return trip we asked the Port Soller Hotel if we could come through the hotel which they were happy with, 30 straight steps and 4 floors by lift were much easier than the winding concrete steps up the side of the hill.

Whilst the tram ride and train is an option to go into Palma, for two it worked out more expensive than a taxi. Do take the tram into Soller on Saturday morning for the Market. Price was €7 per person each way Summer 2017.

Perfect place in Puerto de Soller

My two friends and I stayed at the Seaview apartment for one week in July 2014 and I must say the apartment was perfect. The location is very convenient (with a nice view) and the apartment was very clean and recently renovated. The host Monika was very friendly and gave us tips on the best things to do and see in the area. I warmly recommend staying at this apartment!

Saubere, geräumige Ferienwohung

Nette Ferienwohnung nahe der Promenade von Port Soller. Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten was man braucht. Auch kochen ist mit dem gestellten Werkzeug bestens möglich. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die wir schätzen lernten, da es im August sehr warm war. Leider fehlte ein Balkon, den konnte man abends jedoch durch eine Glasfront, die man öffnen konnte fasst gleichwärtig ersetzen.

Ein sehr sauberes Wohlfühlapartment in zentraler Lage.

Der Verwalter war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Lage wunderschön und mit tollem Ausblick. Einen Stern weniger für die Treppen die von den Straßen oben und unten zum Apartment führen, für gesunde Leute mögen sie kein Hindernis sein ( mein Mann hat starke Arthrose ). Strand, tolle Restaurants, Cafés direkt in der Nähe. Mit dem Motoroller kann man schnell tolle Buchten und Häfen in der Umgebung erkunden. Unvergesslich schön!

Immer wieder gerne

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und wollen es für die Zukunft auch bleiben.

Kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Es ist einfach super gemütlich und es ist alles da was man braucht. Es gibt so viele lieblos und karg ausgestattete Wohnungen im Hafen und Soller.( kommen seit 12 Jahren) Jetzt haben wir die perfekte Wohnung gefunden.

Lage, Ausstattung, Kontakt , Sauberkeit...> super!!!
