Quiet location and proximity to the sea, beach, restaurants and shops

Here you will find a carefully renovated, well maintained, sunny cuddle nest for 2-3 persons. Look for yourself! The open kitchen to the living area is functional and leaves nothing to be desired. The decor is friendly, bright and modern. The sofa bed in the living room provides enough space for a 3. Person (undressed: 140x200).

The former terrace, in which a cozy dining area has been integrated, is beautifully glazed. The glass elements can be opened - this part of the living room is transformed in the warm season under the motto: here, the 'inside' to the 'outside' to the open-air area. The adjoining bedroom with double bed, spacious built-in wardrobe and separate shower room 'en suite' exudes southern flair. Here you will miss nothing and feel good!

The location of the apartment is quiet, but still central - an ideal starting point for hikes in the Tramuntana mountains, for beach holidays, water sports, sports activities, excursions, shopping, etc. In the evening you will be spoiled for choice in the romantic waterfront: many restaurants, cafes, bars and countless shops await your visit. You will miss nothing and certainly like to come back - 'repeat offenders' welcome ... :-) !!!

Notes:
The bright, friendly, sunny living area with integrated kitchen has become a generous space after the renovation, as the former terrace is glazed and now belongs to the room. Thus, this area is protected in all seasons from wind and rain and thanks to the sliding windows still usable as a terrace. The air conditioning in all rooms ensures a comfortable room temperature in all seasons. Our guests will find themselves feeling well!

Seaview and good view of harbour and park

This apartment was in a good location in relation to harbour, beach (10 minutes walk), bars and restaurants. Overlooks park, bay and harbour.

Port de Soller has a very relaxed atmosphere. No loud music blaring from bars, no touts selling illegally and little traffic. Ideal if you like sitting on the beach and reading a book.

Apartment is in good conditions with all facilities as advertised.

It is not easy to find from the road, so you have to be dropped off at Port Soller Hotel. The steps from the road down (more than 40 steps) were rather difficult with a large heavy suitcase. Alternately drop off at No.4 the small supermarket at the road junction/car park and climb the 90 steps to the apartment) For the return trip we asked the Port Soller Hotel if we could come through the hotel which they were happy with, 30 straight steps and 4 floors by lift were much easier than the winding concrete steps up the side of the hill.

Whilst the tram ride and train is an option to go into Palma, for two it worked out more expensive than a taxi. Do take the tram into Soller on Saturday morning for the Market. Price was €7 per person each way Summer 2017.

Perfect place in Puerto de Soller

My two friends and I stayed at the Seaview apartment for one week in July 2014 and I must say the apartment was perfect. The location is very convenient (with a nice view) and the apartment was very clean and recently renovated. The host Monika was very friendly and gave us tips on the best things to do and see in the area. I warmly recommend staying at this apartment!

liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung, ideal für zwei Personen. ruhig und zentral

Nachteile: etwas beschwerlicher Zugang über Treppen. Schlafzimmer ist duster und nur schlecht zu belüften, hat nur kleines Fenster und Nähe zu einer Felswand. Damit nachts oft stickig.

Saubere, geräumige Ferienwohung

Nette Ferienwohnung nahe der Promenade von Port Soller. Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten was man braucht. Auch kochen ist mit dem gestellten Werkzeug bestens möglich. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die wir schätzen lernten, da es im August sehr warm war. Leider fehlte ein Balkon, den konnte man abends jedoch durch eine Glasfront, die man öffnen konnte fasst gleichwärtig ersetzen.

Ein sehr sauberes Wohlfühlapartment in zentraler Lage.

Der Verwalter war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Lage wunderschön und mit tollem Ausblick. Einen Stern weniger für die Treppen die von den Straßen oben und unten zum Apartment führen, für gesunde Leute mögen sie kein Hindernis sein ( mein Mann hat starke Arthrose ). Strand, tolle Restaurants, Cafés direkt in der Nähe. Mit dem Motoroller kann man schnell tolle Buchten und Häfen in der Umgebung erkunden. Unvergesslich schön!

From Port de Soller you can get to Soller, Deija, Valldemossa or Palma by train or bus. An incomparable view of the harbor and the nearby mountains of the Tramuntana awaits you in your apartment.

You will enjoy this look.

In Port de Soller you can book guided hiking or mountain biking tours. The latest bike models are also available for hire. Or you can take advantage of the diverse water sports. Here every tourist will find something to his liking.
