My wife and I are proud to offer the very best Deluxe Ocean View villa in all of Ho'olei for your vacation. Our Unit is in the 'L' Building corner unit hibiscus model (biggest). Building 'L' sits 3RD level of all (2ND HIGHEST) and is at an elevation which is above the roof tops of the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons resort hotels. You will be able to enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean which only a few buildings in Ho'olei can offer.

Distinguished by a private unobstructed and unparalleled ocean view, a truly gourmet kitchen, spacious covered lanais, and an inviting three-bedroom design, this villa radiates quality and detailing only found at Ho'olei at the Grand Wailea. Newly built, professionally decorated, this 4000 square foot (largest floor plan), two-story, 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home exudes a feeling of sophistication and elegance.

Ho'olei is situated directly adjacent to the Grand Wailea Hotel and offers both a private pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse.Pool complex at Ho'olei. It is one of the prettiest communities in Wailea and my unit is one of the largest layouts in Ho'olei. We also have one of the best views in whole development. We are 3 to 5 minute walk (2 minute drive ) to the Grand Wailea or Four Seasons.

AIRPORT DIRECTIONS:

Approximate Miles: 18 miles

Approximate Driving Time: 30 minutes

1. Proceed out of airport, following posted exit directions.

2. At first traffic signal outside of Airport, veer LEFT at this signal, and follow Dairy

Road (Costco is on your left).

3. Traffic Light Landmarks you will see as you continue on Dairy Road:

• Costco (on left)

• Kmart (on left)

• Union 76 Station (on right)

• Burger King / Pier One (on left)

• Home Depot / Harley Davidson (on left)

• First Assembly of God Church (on left)

4. Continue on Dairy Road to the 6th traffic signal; get in LEFT TURN LANE (there

are two).

5. Turn LEFT onto Pu'unene Avenue (State Hwy 311), following the sign to "Kihei,

Wailea, & Makena."

6. Continue straight. The name changes to Pi'ilani Hwy / State Hwy 31.

7. Continue on Hwy 31 approximately seven miles through 6 traffic signals until this

stretch of road ends and you must turn RIGHT on Wailea Ike Drive.

8. Continue down the hill (in the left lane of traffic) where road ends at a traffic signal.

The Shops at Wailea will be in front of you.

9. Turn LEFT onto Wailea Alanui at the traffic signal.

10. As you continue on Wailea Alanui Drive, you will pass the entrance to Grand

Wailea Resort on the right side. At the next traffic signal (100 yards), turn left into

the entrance to the Ho’olei Resort.

What makes this townhome unique

ocean views, sunset watch, and once a while you can see dolphins from lanai. Inside covered area is 3300 sqft and lanai in grand room and masterbedroom are another 600+ sq ft.

Kudos to your advice on booking a "cheap" room for a night at the GW...it is the best of both worlds. $300 and the kids can rip around for two straight days.

Wow

My extended family and I (parents, brothers family) stayed for a week. We hope to come back again soon. This unit is now our gold standard for places to stay in Hawaii. Excellent location near the resorts, Kihea, and beaches (Maluaka beach is highly recommended aka turtle town). Wonderful property, and Chad and Sat were excellent and easy to deal with. Great views, great pool on the property, what more can I say. We went in with high expectations, every one of which was met!

Stunning Views

We spent a week in Ho'olei 23-1. It was a pleasure dealing with Sat, the owner & Chad, the manager was very professional, accommodating and responded very quickly to any of our questions. In my opinion, this is the best unit for the stunning views. It sits between The Four Seasons & Grand Wailea Hotels so it has an unobstructed view of the ocean. The house itself is beautiful, well appointed with all the amenities you need. There were 6 of us, 4 adults & 2 children. Perfect setup with the bedrooms. My husband & I get up early, so the bedroom on the upper floor was great, getting a cup of coffee and sitting on the huge lanai & enjoying the view, but not disturbing anyone. The other 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms are downstairs with master bedroom having another incredible view from the private lanai. It was a short walk down the hill to the pool. The house has pretty much everything you can think of, so it is a very comfortable home away from home. We will definitely rent this house again. Thank you Sat & Chad.

Fantastic Villa

We recently returned from 10 days staying at Hibiscus 23-1. Not often am I inclined to write a review, however, this place warrants it.

The place is exactly as advertised with all the amenities one needs during a vacation. If anything I would say the photos do not really do it full justice. We had 6 adults and 2 young children in our group and the place had ample room for everyone to still have some privacy.

We had a car and although not necessary it did make it easier to haul everyone and their gear to the various beaches in the area. The place is stocked with beach toys, chairs, snorkel equip and boogie boards for the kids. The villa is an easy walk to the shops, restaurants and resorts nearby. Although we ate out quite a bit, the meals we had at the house were among some of the best, because of the amazing views (whales!) from the lanai.

We had another group of friends staying in a lower villa and we always ended up socializing at our place because of the great views and bigger layout.

The owner was responsive and easy to deal with and I certainly plan on renting this property again in the future.

BEST IN HO'OLEI

I am not one to post reviews but I cannot say enough about this place. Our first day we were astounded by an impeccably clean and well stocked home. Everything was provided for you and made our stay here feel like being in our own home but with paradise abound.

The owner Sat and his manager Chad are incredibly professional, accommodating and attentive to detail. They truly make sure that the process is easy and worry free.

We are already planning our future stay. I don't think we can stay anywhere else in Maui after stay here. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this place and stay here for our family vacation. the pictures don't this place any justice . It is even more beautiful and spectacular in person.

The View, Wow!

We were fortunate enough to enjoy Thanksgiving in this beautiful villa. The view is stunning. The doors to the lanai completely slide into the walls so you can fully enjoy the outdoor living space and bring that fabulous view inside. Lots of living space for our family of 5 to spread out. The elevator inside the villa was a nice touch! The villa itself is well stocked, including boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach toys, beach towels and umbrellas. The location can't be beat. You can walk to all resorts and shopping within Wailea. The pool area and gym are nice too. Chad was great to work with. We'd highly recommend this unit to friends and family!

Absolutely beautiful

I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but I felt compelled to review this property. This home exceeded our expectations. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out. Spectacular views. Easy walk to the Grand Wailea. Well stocked kitchen and it was so nice to eat meals in, rather than going out for mediocre, expensive food. Owner and property manager were very easy to deal with too. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
