Relax in 1700 square feet of floor space on the 11th floor of this luxury condominium on beautiful Pensacola Beach on the HIGHLY DESIRABLE WEST END of the building to enjoy the incredible "SUNSET views".

EVERY ROOM HAS A SPECTACULAR "WATER VIEW"! Floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors open to water views of the "Gulf of Mexico", "Santa Rosa Sound", and Lafitte Cove Marina! This unit has TWO MASTER SUITES and a THIRD bedroom ideal for children but with the extra long twin mattresses, adults will be comfortable too. The L-shaped 65 foot long wrap-around balcony off the living room and front master suite, overlooks the "Gulf of Mexico" and "Santa Rosa Sound". A second balcony off the second master suite also overlooks Santa Rosa Sound. All bedrooms have private baths and the front master bedroom has a beautiful large bath with "whirlpool tub".

This "NON-smoking" luxury unit has upscale furnishings, "wireless high-speed internet", 4 cable ready televisions and 3 DVD players, and much more. Fully-furnished with all kitchen supplies and linens and a "washer and dryer". Enjoy the sunsets from the unit or soak it in from the beautiful sugar white sand beaches, only a moment's walk away.

You can enjoy a workout in the well-equipped "fitness center" which overlooks the snow-white sands of Pensacola Beach or, take a dip in the "gulf-side pool" and "hot tub". Beautiful "Fort Pickens" National Park is just minutes from our condo as is both casual and fine dining at the nearby "Portofino Boardwalk" or the famous "Pegleg Pete's Restaurant" conveniently located within walking distance next door to the condo.

NOTE: Renter's must be 25 years or older and be staying in unit during the entire rental period. This is a family oriented complex with 24 hour security and strictly enforced rules. We only rent our condo to responsible adults. Absolutely no spring breakers or teenagers-No exceptions! No pets and No smoking allowed. Strictly Enforced.

Fantastic Accomodations

A large group of my family and friends (about 50 people total) rented 8 condos in Emerald Dolphin. It was fantastic! All of the condos were wonderfully decorated, had just about every kitchen and bathroom supply that you would need, and had spectacular views of the beach. This particular condo was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms...8 people fit very comfortably. I would recommend this property to a firend or relative in a heartbeat!

The unit was very clean. The views were excellent. Mother Nature didn’t cooperate with the weather however the rental was homely and we didn’t even notice it. We will definitely return in the future as our schedule permits

Comfortable Condo with Commanding Views

This condo is very comfortable with lovely views of Pensacola Beach. Our family of five felt quite at home. The three bedrooms were perfect for us -- a king bed Master bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin bed room, each with their own bathrooms.

The views from the Master bedroom and living room are wonderful. The wrap-around balcony means you can see the Gulf and the Bay.

The condo is well-appointed and decorated very nicely. The owners are attentive and helpful. There is parking and a pool on the property with the beach right across the street. A convenience store is right next door and so is Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant.

The location is on the "quiet," more residential end of Pensacola Beach, but not too far from the more touristy restaurants and night life.

We would DEFINITELY return! We felt quite at home!

Great Condo

The Condo was perfect, as usual. I honestly could not find a single pot, pan, appliance, coffee maker, steamer, spoon or whisk short and all in good condition. Just makes the time spent well worth the investment. Can't beat the view, particularly the sunsets. And the owners have always been very helpful and accommodating.

Regrettably, as sometimes happens this time of year on this beach, the weather was less than cooperative. The surf was up in a not so good way. But the sand and sun were there and enjoyed by all. Our departure, a couple hours ahead of Nate, was needless to say - prompt.

Looking forward to next summer.

It was clean and well furnished. The views from every room were stunning.

We had one of the best experiences we have ever had on a beach vacation. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to have a place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. It was clean and had all the amenities of home. The beds were comfortable and the atmosphere at the Emerald Dolphin is quiet and comfortable. My family and l will stay here in the future.
