Expansive tropical gardens along the Sea Grace green wall lead guests back to a private pool, with option for heat, chaise loungers, a breezy Caribbean-inspired cabana above a dining table and chairs for relaxation any time of day.

Designed by renowned local architect Ed Cheshire, Sea Grace’s hospitality includes a large living area with ample seating, a year-round, fully enclosed, sunroom with large picture windows and built-ins filled with puzzles and games.

Sea Grace offers two fully outfitted kitchens, including a Chef’s Kitchen, an eat-in buffet counter, a butler’s pantry, including new state-of-the art stack washer and dryer for laundry. This double kitchen includes a Fisher-Paykel gas range and hood, double ovens, three dishwashers (2 stack Fisher-Paykel and 1 Bosch), and two refrigerators (Fisher-Paykel and Samsung).

Admire the magnificent Crepe Myrtle tree, one of the largest on St. Simons Island, through the kitchen’s French doors opening out to the patio front terrace.

Sea Grace Queen I – “Magnolia”
The Sea Grace Queen Garden Magnolia features a queen bed with custom magnolia art pieces gracing the walls, designer built-ins with mirror and desk, an HD Smart TV, and views of the private walled garden. This room accesses the jack-n-jill bathroom with tub and shower.

Sea Grace Queen II - "Breezy Queens"
The Breezy Queens features two queen beds with fun pillows and en suite bathroom. Includes HD Smart TV, and views of the Sea Grace pool and Caribbean Cabana with white shears blowing in the Southern Breze. Just down the hall, easy access to the pool and walled garden.

Private Pool Surrounded by Garden Oasis Sea Grace’s wall-enclosed private pool with fun blue cabana is surrounded by a garden oasis of citrus, palm, and Hawthorne trees; oleander and rose bushes; a magnolia tree and climbing jasmine. The cabana is perfect for morning yoga for early risers.

Pool heat is optional at $75 per day (plus tax). It is turned on and charged for the duration of your stay. Please allow no less than 48-hours’ notice if you choose this option.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
