The garden level of a historic villa offers flexible comfort for business travelers and holiday guests of all ages. In front of your door the garden invites you to relax under an old linden tree.

The neat apartment is equipped with much love for detail and a view to the needs of guests. It offers a friendly living environment and breathes the air of the old villa.

The apartment is 80 square meters big. Up to seven people can be accomodated. There are three separate bedrooms, a dining area, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The linden garden serves as an extended living room in front of your door.

Holiday guests find much individual freedom for family, children, and friends. The spatial separation of the various functional areas and the two fully equipped bathrooms offer a high level of comfort even for groups of people.

In each bedroom there are beds, a cupboard, a table, chairs, an armchair, oriental rugs, and an original oaken parquet floor. Six beds are fully-fledged comfort beds. In the two big bedrooms satellite TV is available.

* Directly adjacent to the garden with a scenic view of an old linden tree.

Amazing hostess and excellent location

What a wonderful apartment! The apartment is in excellent location. It's right outside the city but just close enough to have access to all major transportation (U-Bahn is only a 5 minute walk). The apartment is also close to a beautiful park, bakery, post office, grocery stores and restaurants. My three kids (3,7, & 9) truly enjoyed the garden which has a swing set and trampoline. My kids loved playing with Klaudia's daughters. Klaudia is an amazing woman. She has such a kind soul and she goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy. We stayed for a month and every week she came in to change sheets and cleaned the apartment. When I come back in a couple of years this is the only place I will stay! Thank you Klaudia for sharing part of your home!

A true family friendly paradise in the 14th (Wien)

This was absolutely perfect. We were a family unit with 3 kids from 2-11. The rooms were extremely large for what we needed for sleeping and had televisions available. The kitchen was just perfect for everything we needed. Best of all, the backyard and the family hosting the home away. The back yard had plenty of space for getting all of the kids energy out- including swings and a trampoline! The family that hosts this beautiful place is probably the nicest group of people ever. Our hosts brought some wonderful homemade baked goods that were a highlight of the trip!

The U4 is just a few blocks away for easy access to the underground line. The street car line is just a block and a half away. Seriously could not be any easier to have access throughout the city.

We already had favorite places to visit by the end of our visit- Felber bakery up on linzer Street for morning bakery- Ashauer butcher shop which has the best liptauer - the Medl Bräu for meals....

we can't wait to visit again, but next time we are definitely staying longer.

Quiet, beautiful, family-friendly place. The hosts Klaudia and Guido were super friendly and helpful. Just a 5 minute walk to the subway station that took us to Old Town Vienna. Large park with a nice playground within 3 minute walk. Bakery, grocery store, bank ATM access and post office all within 5-10 min walks. There's a lack of restaurant choices but if you don't mind dining while you're touring about, this place is perfect!

Wonderful long stay in Vienna

I fully agree with the already posted wonderful reviews of this property. We were not disappointed! This was perfect for anyone but Klaudia and family went to extensive lengths to make this experience meet our exact needs. The family not only provided a beautiful apartment with a wonderful garden but also acted as cultural liaison/concierge/travel advisor. I loved the fact that the kitchen really had every thing I needed to do real cooking. We often stay at fully furnished apartments but then end up with disappointing meals because the cookware and knives are usually poor. Not here! The kitchen was wonderfully appointed and also stocked with all the basics so you don't have to waste time/money/energy purchasing oil/salt/basic spices. (She even had bay leaves and a milk frother.) We were happy with the location because it was so close/quick/easy to everything with the U-bahn (subway). We have 2 small children (ages 2 and 5 years) and they provided us with everything we needed to feel like we were at home and also save us from carrying extra stuff from home->she set up a crib, changing station, kids books and toys, and provided games and a stroller! The garden had furnished playhouse and balls and riding toys and bikes and safe trampoline! There were also converter/adapters! They have indeed updated the Internet to a 5 gig in addition to the 2.4. It was very nice to have a washing machine so we didn't need to bring as much clothing. We were traveling in April so most days were nice and we hung laundry outside to dry but the laundry dried very quickly inside on rainy days due to the nice heat and modern radiators. The bedding and beds were so comfortable and the esthetics of the apartment so soothing. I would also see if you can arrange to order bread from her or cake or strudel as she is excellent at baking! Thank you to Klaudia and family for making our Vienna dream come true!

Great place! Wonderful for families.

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas week. The owner is very kind and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and spotlessly clean. This place is great for children with an outside play area and nearby park. Convenient location as well. We had a bit of challenge with the wifi (worked reasonably well for 1 machine but then get wonky if tried to get more than 1 device on it) but I understand from the owner that they will be upgrading that.

This is a lovely well located apartment

Everything about this apartment was excellent and certainly matched its appealing description, facilities and pictures. It is set in a quiet attractive suburb with the U-Bahn just five-ten minutes' walk away to take you to Karlsplatz in 20 minutes and is on the right side of the city for Schönbrunn, for example. (We actually enjoyed the journeying.) And there's a local restaurant/brewpub just round the corner serving traditional food and superb beer. The owner Klaudia could not have been more friendly and helpful (and speaks fluent English). Including during advance emails, she answered all our queries clearly and reassuringly, offered to make bookings for us, did a small shop ready for our arrival, and made the sensible house rules clear and simple. The place was beautifully clean and felt homely and welcoming. We would definitely book again and recommend it wholeheartedly. Vielen Dank, Klaudia.
