The views from this condo are magical! The location is great - right in Waikiki within walking distance to the beach, the Hawaii Convention Center, the Hale Koa, fabulous dining, world-class shopping and exciting nightlife. The bus stop is across the street.
The apartment was very comfortable and clean and had wonderful views! Everything worked well and as expected.
Property was as great as the pictures. Even better, pleasantly surprised with washer and dryer. Close walking distances to restaurants and the ABC store. Beaches short walking distance or drive from beaches. We walked every morning to get coffee, although there is a coffee pot, full refrigerator, and fully equipped kitchen including rice maker. :-) would definitely rent again. Beach towels are provided too. The only thing to note is you do have to pay for parking in you rent a car. Extra $25 per day separate fee/company. View from penthouse is amazing. The place is a little older, but no complaints. Our contact was sooo nice and wlecoming. Mike recommended places to eat and we took his advice on the first night and made reservations to go back towards the end of our trip. A local favorite.

Both Michael and Cynthia are helpful. Special thanks to Cynthia in helping me to deal with payments and refund when I have change the booking from 3 to 5 people and making things complicated.
The building is not "new", so there are things not as flashy as some of the newer properties, but it is still good.
However, the place is very convenient.
There is a good Japanese take out at the bottom of the building. Try their French Kiss roll. It is fantastic.
And then there is Chiba-ken just a couple of minutes walk away. Their deep fried mushroom with shrimp paste is a must if you are going to eat there.
McCully Shopping Center has decent Chinese and Thai food.
Alamo car hire in Discovery bay is within walking distance if you don't want to just use the one at the bottom of the building.
ABC store and 7-eleven is just virtually at the bottom of the building too.
Parking fee at the bottom of the building is US $25, but if you don't mind getting up a little early, you can park on Kapiolani Blvd overnight until 6:30am in the morning.
All in all a decent place to stay in Waikiki
The stay was pleasant and the agent ,Michael was quite courteous and professional. The apartment was pleasant to stay , fully equipped and the views was great.
Overall the property is as advertised in terms of location and view. Having a kitchen and living room is more comfortable for long term stays as compared to a hotel, however, a few main differences should complicate your decision:
1. The beds are not that comfortable, especially if you are not staying in the master bedroom. I actually tried sleeping in multiple locations and was very happy to return home by the end.
2. The smaller bedroom smelled like smoke. It did not dissipate.
3. We saw cockroaches in the kitchen.
4. The public space / rest of the hotel is very dated looking, not on the main strip, and not a pleasant first impression.
5. The property managers are friendly and check in, but make a few requests of you to help them clean up by the end of the stay. There is a cleaning fee associated with the payment.
6. As compared to others, we have not gotten good response from the property owners after staying in the space with regards to a simple request for a formatted receipt.
What a beautiful apartment right in the middle of Waikiki. It was a penthouse unit. The views during day and night time were spectacular. You will see it all, Diamond Head, Ocean, Lagoon, firework..... The furnishings and the décor are very lovely and all beds was very comfortable. My two sons (12-14 yo) had their own room with TV. Luckily they brought their XBOX,all they had to do, hook it WiFi and play at night. We had a great 8 night vacation, It is safe, close to stores and walking distance to Lagoon next to Hilton Hotel with lots of restaurant and shops. The owner( manager) was also nice and always checking to see if everything was ok Anyway, I was totally satisfied with this high-floor apartment and I would recommend this amazing place to anyone who is seeking a vacation place to live in Waikiki.
