Capital Studio 3 with garden

The beautiful apartment, 46 m2, located on the ground floor of a beautiful apartment building built in 1884, was extensively renovated and modernised in 2014.

High ceilings, stucco, parquet flooring and direct access to the private terrace with private garden make this apartment unique.

All pictures are preserved in their original condition.

In a few minutes away from your home within walking distance to the central railway station with all its great shops, the (Berlin) River Spree, Bellevue Palace, 'Hamburger Bahnhof' (former railway station), Siegessäule (Victory Column or Goldelse - in Berlin dialect), historical museums, art galleries and more..

Not far from the railway station, the government quarter with the Reichstag (parliament), Chancellery (which the Berliners lovingly call “The washing machine” because of its design), the Brandenburg Gate, the Holocaust Memorial, the grand boulevard 'Unter den Linden', Friedrichstrasse, the State Opera, the Museum Island, theatre are found within viewing distance and more attractions that Berlin has to offer are located nearby and are also very easy and conveniently reachable from the central railway station by public transport.

On request we can provide for you bicycles in the house to explore rides for a fee of € 5 / day and wheel. Local maps are made available in the apartment.

The combined living / bedroom is equipped with a box-spring double bed (140x200), as well as a spacious mirror cabinet / slider with integrated furniture safe.

In the large courtyard, a Mediterranean flair awaits you with fountains and palm trees.

In this apartment you will find relaxation after extensive sightseeing tours through the capital.

Guest access:

The apartment is a fully self-contained unit with direct access to the terrace and garden with modern furniture, where you can end your day with candlelight.

Smoking is permitted in the garden, but not in the apartment!

This area is accessible only by our guests.

Our guests will receive a master key for the duration of their stay, which suits for home, apartment, garden and waste storage door.

Interaction with guests:

During your stay, other people do not have access to your apartment.


In just 2 minutes' walk (around the corner) you have bus connections to all directions of Berlin.

For example, with the bus 123 you will be at the central railway station in just 15 minutes.

IBut in just 15 minutes, you can also reach the central railway station on foot.

Tips on transport links are available for you at the apartment.

Public (free) parking is available in front of the property.


Supermarkets, bakeries, late sale, even doctors and pharmacies can be found just around the corner. Appropriate tips are available for you.

Restaurants, cafés or even bars are found very nearby.


For Berlin visitors a tax of 5% of the net amount is applicable since 01.01.2014, which will be due on arrival to pay in cash (except for business travellers).

Cleverly designed flat not far from main railway station with good bus connections.

Modern, clean and tastefully decorated studio appartment with spacious living and sleeping areas. In a quiet location but with good links to the centre of Berlin. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped for a short stay. Plenty of fluffy towels in the bathroom but cramped space, shower curtain could be replaced with better screen.

The beds (2) were comfortable and the flat was nice and warm with generous heaters.

Our welcome was efficient and we had a complementary bottle of wine to greet us too! The kitchen area was clean and well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay and it was good to come home to a warm room at this time of year. The landlord is nearby and easily contactable for any enquiries which were dealt with efficiently.

I would certainly recommend this for a couple wanting to visit this amazing city. We will certainly be back!

This was a great place.

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to get comfortable and prepare some of your own meals. All the extra touches with all the basics provided plus! Very accommodating hosts. Bus stops nearby. Very easy to navigate.

Fantastic Apartment

Great apartment, immaculate. Nice garden patio. Kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Owners were very helpful and pleasant.

Super Studio mit allem Komfort!

Sehr schönes Studio, nah an einer Bushaltestelle oder auch fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Hinsichtlich Einrichtung und Ausstattung schließen wir uns gerne der Bewertung von Monika R. an. Sehr netter Empfang beim Eintreffen durch die Hausverwaltung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Perfekte Wohnung mit allem Komfort

Die Wohnung ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand und wurde vom Eigentümer komplett und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig.

Wichtig, wenn man das Auto stehen lassen will: Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus ( sehr ruhige Straße) und der Bus zum Hauptbahnhof ist gleich um die Ecke.

Wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
